Der nach eigenen Angaben f\u00fchrende Spezialist f\u00fcr das Messen von Kr\u00e4ften und Momenten GTM<\/a> aus Deutschland hat die Re-Akkreditierung seines Kalibrierlaboratoriums<\/a> bestanden. Alle f\u00fcnf Jahre steht die Einrichtung selbst auf dem Pr\u00fcfstand: eine aufw\u00e4ndige Prozedur mit einigen Monaten Vorbereitung. Der Hersteller konnte die Pr\u00fcfung nun erfolgreich bestehen und sieht darin eine weitere Best\u00e4tigung f\u00fcr seine hohe Kompetenz in Sachen Pr\u00e4zision. Denn\u00a0das Kalibrieren von Messger\u00e4ten f\u00fcr Industrie, Kalibrier- und Pr\u00fcflabore z\u00e4hlt zu den wichtigsten Dienstleistungen von GTM: R\u00fcckf\u00fchrbare Kalibrierungen \u2013 vom Warenhersteller bis zum Staatsinstitut \u2013 bilden einen Grundpfeiler des internationalen Warenhandels. Sind Messger\u00e4te ungenau, kann das die Qualit\u00e4t von Produkten und Prozessen drastisch vermindern. M\u00f6gliche Folgen: Ausschuss, Unterbrechungen der Produktion, unn\u00f6tige Kosten und schlimmstenfalls R\u00fcckrufe und Ersatzanspr\u00fcche.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung mit Kalibrierlabor<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Das Kalibrierlabor bei GTM besteht seit 1993. Erste akkreditierte Messeinrichtung war die Messeinrichtung f\u00fcr Kraftaufnehmer bis 100 kN. \u00dcber die Jahre wurde das Labor ausgebaut und erweitert \u2013 aus eigenem Forschungsinteresse, aber auch immer mit Blick auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse am Markt.<\/p>\n

Neben Messeinrichtungen zur Kalibrierung f\u00fcr Kraftaufnehmer z\u00e4hlen heute Messeinrichtungen f\u00fcr Drehmomentaufnehmer, DMS-Messverst\u00e4rker sowie Mehrkomponentenaufnehmer zum GTM-Laboratorium. Die Messunsicherheit ist so gering, dass viele Staatsinstitute Messeinrichtungen von GTM besitzen; in einigen L\u00e4ndern setzen GTM-Entwicklungen sogar den Standard. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu internationalen und nationalen Kalibrierverfahren wendet GTM auch eigenentwickelte Kalibrierverfahren an, die durch ihre Akkreditierung international anerkannt und konkurrenzlos sind.<\/p>\n

Viel Pioniergeist<\/h3>\n

Weltweit noch einzigartig ist die M\u00f6glichkeit, mehrere Kr\u00e4fte und Momente von Mehrkomponentenaufnehmer entlang verschiedener Vektorachsen gleichzeitig zu messen und zu kalibrieren.
