(Bild: Novotechnik)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Bei Positionssensoren steht im Hinblick auf Industrie 4.0 die Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeit im Fokus und IO-Link als die erste hierf\u00fcr weltweit zertifizierte IO-Technologie (IEC 61131-9) ist ein zentrales Thema. Dank ihr wird die Intelligenz der Sensoren in vollem Umfang f\u00fcr den Automatisierungsverbund nutzbar, was einen deutlichen Mehrnutzen ohne Mehrkosten bedeutet. Novotechnik hat deshalb gleich eine ganze Reihe an Weg- und Winkelsensoren mit IO-Link-Schnittstelle im Programm. Dazu geh\u00f6ren beispielsweise robuste Singleturngeber der Baureihe RFC-4800. Sie haben sich bereits in vielen industriellen und mobilen Anwendungen bew\u00e4hrt, sind kompakt, leicht zu installieren und erfassen den Drehwinkel \u00fcber volle 360 Grad mit einer Aufl\u00f6sung von bis zu 14 Bit. Weitere Sensoren mit IO-Link sind beispielsweise der absolute, magnetostriktive Wegaufnehmer TH1 in Stabform zur direkten Integration in Hydraulikzylinder sowie die Wegaufnehmer TP1 (magnetostriktiv) und TF1 (induktiv) in Profilbauform. Letzterer ist dank einer Update-Rate von 10 kHz f\u00fcr extrem schnelle Positionieranwendungen geeignet. B. Nullpunkt oder Verfahrrichtung einfach ver\u00e4ndern und somit die Variantenvielfalt verringern. Neben der reinen Positionsinformation lassen sich zudem weitere Informationen wie Status- bzw. Diagnosemeldungen und statistische Daten zur Betriebszeit oder zu Umweltbedingungen (z.B. Temperatur) austauschen. Fehler im Regelkreis sind rasch lokalisierbar, da die Einstellparameter zentral gespeichert sind. Ein Sensor kann daher auch in kurzer Zeit getauscht und einfach neu parametriert werden. Die Installation ist praxisgerecht und die Sensoren lassen sich problemlos in ethernet- oder feldbusbasierte Kommunikationsnetze integrieren.
