So lassen sich z. B. Prognosen ableiten und selbstlernende Prozesse auspr\u00e4gen. F\u00fcr die Umsetzung bestehen mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Artificial Intelligence of Things: Symbiose von AI und IoT<\/h3>\n<p>\u201eDurch das Internet of Things und eine Vielzahl an vernetzten Maschinen stehen immer mehr Daten zur Verf\u00fcgung. Diese sind jedoch wertlos, wenn sie nicht verwertbar in Entscheidungsprozesse eingebracht werden. Sie m\u00fcssen also durch AI-Anwendungen so schnell wie m\u00f6glich weiterverarbeitet und intelligent ausgewertet werden. Auch kann die k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz Vergleiche zu anderen Prozessen, Systemen und deren Daten ziehen sowie durch das Lernen aus Erfahrungen k\u00fcnftige Aufgaben eigenst\u00e4ndig l\u00f6sen, Fehler vermeiden und Prozesse optimieren\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Martin Heinz, Vorstand der iTAC Software AG, einem Anbieter von MES\/MOM-L\u00f6sungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die IoT-Struktur braucht also die Artificial Intelligence und diese wiederum be\u00adn\u00f6tigt das Internet of Things als Quelle f\u00fcr die Daten. Auch iTAC setzt auf diese Symbiose und erm\u00f6glicht Streaming- und Batch-Analytics auf einer zentralen, skalierbaren Plattform mit Out-of-the-Box-Zugriff auf MOM-Daten f\u00fcr eine vorhersagbare Pro\u00adduktion. Die iTAC.MOM.Suite macht sich neueste IIoT-Technik zu Nutze. Die Software iTAC.IIoT.Edge ist ein Bestandteil des MOM-Systems (Manufacturing Operations Management System), kann aber auch autark eingesetzt werden und erm\u00f6glicht in kurzer Zeit signifikante Verbesserungen in den Prozessen der Fertigung. Sie ist in der Lage, IIoT- mit MES-Daten zu flachen Daten\u00adstrukturen zu verbinden und diese Daten in Echtzeit zu analy\u00adsieren. Da\u00adbei k\u00f6nnen die Datenpakete auch an an\u00addere vom Kunden eingesetzte Analy\u00adse- oder ML-\/AI-Tools \u00fcbergeben und auf anderen Plattformen erstellte ML-Modelle integriert werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Predictive Maintenance als Use Case<\/h3>\n<p>\u201eAuf Machine Learning und k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz basierende Anwendungen im Analytics-Bereich machen anspruchsvolle\u00adre und hochwertigere Analysen m\u00f6glich als herk\u00f6mmliche Techno\u00adlogien und Algorith\u00admen es k\u00f6nnen. Die K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz kann zum Beispiel komplexe Muster in den Daten finden, Schlussfolgerungen ziehen und damit Vorhersagen treffen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Martin Heinz. Durch den Einsatz der Edge-L\u00f6sung von iTAC lassen sich zahlreiche ML-\/AI-Use Cases f\u00fcr die fortschrittliche und digitali\u00adsierte Fertigung auspr\u00e4gen, so zum Bei\u00adspiel im Bereich der Predic\u00adtion. Die entsprechende \u00dcberwachung von Maschinen- und Sensor\u00addaten erm\u00f6glicht es z. B., Ausf\u00e4lle von Maschinen vorherzusagen. Unge\u00adplante Maschinen\u00adausf\u00e4lle k\u00f6nnen dadurch um bis zu 70 Prozent reduziert werden. Ein weiterer Use Case ist die Reduzierung von Testaufw\u00e4nden. Die meisten SMT-Linien mit AOI haben mit einer hohen Rate an Fehlaufrufen zu k\u00e4mpfen. Mit Hilfe von AI kann eine genaue Unterscheidung zwischen echten Defekten und falschen Aufrufen vorgenommen werden. Dies verringert den Bedarf an manueller Inspektion durch Operator um bis zu 60 Prozent und damit einhergehend Zeit und Kosten.
