(Bild: depositphotos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Neben dem Pr\u00e4ferenzmanagement k\u00f6nnen Nutzer des neuen Datenschutz-Management Dashboards (\u201eProfile and Privacy Management Dashboard\u201d) ab sofort pr\u00fcfen, ob ihre Online-Produkte, -L\u00f6sungen und -Services die Anforderungen der neuen EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) erf\u00fcllen. Die DSGVO ist zwar eine Gesetzgebung der EU, hat aber weltweite Auswirkungen. Ab dem 25. Mai 2018 unterliegen alle Unternehmen diesen Bestimmungen, die mit europ\u00e4ischen Kunden und Verbrauchern arbeiten bzw. ihre Daten speichern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung gibt den EU-B\u00fcrgern die Kontrolle \u00fcber ihre personenbezogenen Daten zur\u00fcck, auch wenn sie in privaten Drittsystemen gespeichert und verwaltet werden. Die Verordnung gibt Einzelpersonen das Recht, Einblick zu erhalten, welche Daten von ihnen gespeichert sind und wer auf diese Daten zugreifen darf.<\/p>\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Daten korrigieren und entscheiden, ob und wie die Daten anderweitig verwendet werden d\u00fcrfen oder diese auch endg\u00fcltig l\u00f6schen. Bei Verst\u00f6\u00dfen gegen die Verordnung drohen dem Unternehmen empfindliche Strafen, daher gilt es, die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung ernst zu nehmen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Das Dashboard von ForgeRock unterst\u00fctzt die folgenden DSGVO-Anforderungen:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>das Recht auf Information<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><em>das Recht auf Datenzugriff<\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>das Recht auf Korrektur<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>das Recht, die Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>das Recht, die Daten endg\u00fcltig zu l\u00f6schen bzw. das \u201eRecht auf Vergessen\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Verbraucher haben in einer einzigen Plattform die volle Kontrolle \u00fcber ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Daten und ihre Freigabeeinstellungen.
