Diese Auszeichnung w\u00fcrdigt das Engagement der Swiss Blockchain Federation (SBF) in den letzten sechs Jahren im Bereich Blockchain, FinTech und Krypto und f\u00fcr den Standort Schweiz. Die Federation hat zusammen mit ihren 80 Mitgliedern das DLT-Gesetz vorangetrieben, die Blockchain-Branche unterst\u00fctzt und dazu beigetragen, dass in der Schweiz ein florierendes \u00d6kosystem entstehen konnte, das Unternehmen und Talente anzieht.<\/p>\n

Heinz T\u00e4nnler, Pr\u00e4sident der Swiss Blockchain Federation: \u00abIch freue mich sehr \u00fcber diese Auszeichnung. Sie zeigt, dass die Swiss Blockchain Federation in den letzten Jahren die Branche erfolgreich unterst\u00fctzt hat und als Plattform enorm gesch\u00e4tzt wird. Neben unseren regulatorischen und wirtschaftlichen Erfolgen, die wir mit viel Arbeit und Leidenschaft erreicht haben, ist diese Auszeichnung eine grossartige Anerkennung unserer Bem\u00fchungen. Ich danke all unseren Mitgliedern und Experten f\u00fcr die herausragende Zusammenarbeit \u2013 als starkes Team, konnten wir in den letzten Jahren viel f\u00fcr den Wirtschafts- und Innovationsplatz Schweiz bewirken.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Ein pionierhafter Start und kontinuierliches Engagement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Die SBF wurde ins Leben gerufen, nachdem 2017 eine Blockchain-Taskforce unter dem Patronat der Bundesr\u00e4te Johann N. Schneider-Ammann und Ueli Maurer das Miliz-Projekt ins Leben rief. Nach der offiziellen Gr\u00fcndung der SBF im Oktober 2018 erarbeitete der Verein einen 10-Punkte-Plan mit regulatorischen Vorschl\u00e4gen, den er dem Bundesrat vorlegte. Zudem setzte sich die Federation stark f\u00fcr die DLT-Gesetzgebung ein. Mit deren einstimmiger Verabschiedung im National- und im St\u00e4nderat erhielt die Schweiz eine der innovationsfreundlichsten Blockchain-Regulierungen weltweit. Dieser bedeutende Meilenstein zog zahlreiche Blockchain-Startups an und festigte die Pionierrolle der Schweiz.<\/p>\n

Die SBF arbeitet kontinuierlich daran, die Akzeptanz von Blockchain und Krypto in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zu f\u00f6rdern und die Politik auf m\u00f6gliche Probleme hinzuweisen. Ein j\u00fcngster Erfolg unterstreicht die Bedeutung der engen Zusammenarbeit von Industrie, Politik und Verwaltung: Die FINMA plante k\u00fcrzlich ihre Praxis bez\u00fcglich Staking-Dienstleistungen zu \u00e4ndern, was zu Verunsicherung und Kritik in der Branche f\u00fchrte. Die SBF reagierte darauf mit einem Zirkular und einer gemeinsamen Medienmitteilung mit der Crypto Valley Association, um auf die negativen Konsequenzen der Praxis\u00e4nderung hinzuweisen. Nach intensiven Gespr\u00e4chen mit Branchenvertretern und der FINMA konnte ein Kompromiss erzielt werden. Die FINMA \u00fcberarbeitete daraufhin ihre Position.<\/p>\n

Erfolgsmodell Public-Private-Partnership<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Die Gr\u00fcndung der Swiss Blockchain Federation als Public-Private-Partnership mit den vier Kantonen Neuenburg, Tessin, Zug und Z\u00fcrich hat sich als zweckm\u00e4ssig erwiesen und als Erfolgsmodell herausgestellt. Firmen, Verwaltung, Politik, Wissenschaft und Experten wurden in einem Verein vereint, um spezifische Fragen in Arbeitsgruppen zu vertiefen, vielbeachtete Papiere zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen und gemeinsame Anliegen voranzutreiben.<\/p>\n

Diese Auszeichnung best\u00e4tigt, dass die SBF hervorragend aufgestellt und eine starke Plattform ist, die massgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Blockchain-Branche und der Schweizer Wirtschaft beitr\u00e4gt. Auch in Zukunft m\u00f6chte die SBF die Blockchain-Szene aktiv unterst\u00fctzen, auf Problematiken hinweisen und zusammen mit Politik, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Verwaltung L\u00f6sungen suchen, die die Schweiz weiterhin als global anerkannten Blockchain-Champion positionieren.<\/p>\n

W\u00fcrdigungen f\u00fcr mehr Vertrauen in die Blockchain-Branche<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Im Rahmen der Swiss Crypto Awards werden innovative Anlageprodukte, erstklassige Krypto-L\u00f6sungen und -Initiativen sowie Personen oder Institutionen ausgezeichnet, die herausragende Leistungen f\u00fcr die Schweiz erbracht haben.
