Der Erfolg h\u00e4ngt vielmehr davon ab, in Extremf\u00e4llen menschliche Fehlreflexe \u00fcberwinden zu k\u00f6nnen und die Perspektive zu wechseln\u00bb, sagt Roland Binz, Krisenmanager und SKK-Leiter. Krisen k\u00f6nnen durch vertrauensbildende Kommunikation einged\u00e4mmt werden. Binz: \u00abDas ist ein grundlegender Unterschied zur wenig glaubw\u00fcrdigen Krisen-PR.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Die SIKK-Schulungen richten sich an F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, PR- und Kommunikationsfachleute sowie an Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten des \u00f6ffentlichen Lebens in der Schweiz, Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich (Politiker, Prominente, etc.).
