Gleich drei f\u00fchrende Finanzchefs wurden am 13. Januar 2016 ausgezeichnet. In der Kategorie \u201eSMI-Unternehmen\u201c gewinnt Dieter Enkelmann, CFO von Julius B\u00e4r, die Auszeichnung des CFO of the Year. In seiner heutigen Funktion sei Dieter Enkelmann insbesondere durch sein analytisches und schnelles Denken sowie durch seine langfristige Orientierung aufgefallen.<\/p>\n

In der Kategorie \u201eSPI-Unternehmen\u201c geht der Award an den Finanzchef von Barry Callebaut, Victor Balli. Bei rund 9\u2018500 Angestellten in weltweit \u00fcber 28 L\u00e4ndern f\u00fchrt Callebaut ein eher kleines Team. Er hat die Gruppe jedoch entscheidend mitgepr\u00e4gt. Er verdient den CFO of the Year aufgrund seines nachhaltig bewiesenen Erfolgsausweises.<\/p>\n

In der Kategorie \u201eCFOs Mitglieder\u201c wurd Pius Bernet, CFO der Schweizer Paraplegiker Stiftung, ausgezeichnet. Pius Bernet zeichnet sich durch seine langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen Branchen aus. In seiner Karriere war er sowohl f\u00fcr kotierte wie auch nicht kotierte Unternehmen und Stiftungen t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n

In seiner aktuellen Position, die er seit \u00fcber 6 Jahren innehat, konnte er alle F\u00e4higkeiten, die einen CFO ausmachen, anwenden und erfolgreich umsetzen. Seine Beitr\u00e4ge waren essentiell f\u00fcr ein erfolgreiches Change Management und die Neupositionierung der Organisation. Es ging dabei nicht nur um finanztechnische Fragestellungen wie die Umstellung und Professionalisierung der Rechnungslegung und die Erh\u00f6hung der Transparenz f\u00fcr die Stakeholder, sondern auch darum, in einer komplexen Struktur eine moderne Corporate Governance entscheidend mit zu pr\u00e4gen sowie auch in einer breiten \u00d6ffentlichkeit wieder Vertrauen herzustellen.<\/p>\n
