Am ZAG in Winterthur sind beispielsweise 1\u2018500 Lernende, 700 Studierende an den H\u00f6heren Fachschulen und circa 280 Personen besuchen hier eine Weiterbildung. Das Intranet des ZAG basiert auf Microsoft SharePoint. Ein Vorteil davon: SharePoint kann beliebig erweitert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Prinzip von Q-ZAG basiert auf f\u00fcnf zentralen Bereichen:<\/p>\n<p>Schulf\u00fchrung; Aus- und Weiterbildung; Professionalit\u00e4t der Mitarbeitenden; ZAG-Kultur; Aussenbeziehungen. Durch diese Struktur bringt Klarheit und Transparenz bez\u00fcglich der Aufgabenzuteilung \u2013 ebenso bez\u00fcglich der einzelnen Evaluationen nach Innen und Rechenschaftslegung nach Aussen. Im Weiterbildungsbereich erlangte die ZAG so die EduQua Zertifizierung.
