Die Spitch AG hat zusammen mit der Britischen Banken Vereinigung (BBA), anl\u00e4sslich eines k\u00fcrzlich abgehaltenen Webinars, eine Umfrage zum Einsatz von Sprachtechnologien durchgef\u00fchrt. Ein paar Ergebnisse aus dieser Umfrage:<\/p>\n<p>Von den \u00fcber 50 Teilnehmern, darunter fast 30 Prozent aus der Schweiz, wollen 54.6 Prozent zwischen 2016 und 2017 unterschiedliche Optionen von Sprachanalysen zur Verbesserung des Customer Experience Managements implementieren und pr\u00fcfen bereits Offerten sowie Angebote. Nach dem vielversprechendsten Anwendungsbereich f\u00fcr biometrische Sprachl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Banken befragt, gaben 40 Prozent deutliche Verbesserungen im Bereich Sicherheit und die Pr\u00e4vention von Betrugsf\u00e4llen durch Stimmerkennung an.<\/p>\n<p>Weitere 40 Prozent sahen eine Optimierung der Servicequalit\u00e4t im Vordergrund. Die restlichen Teilnehmer nannten die Kosteneinsparung als wichtiges Kriterium.<\/p>\n<p>Spitch wird am 22. September 2016 eine \u201eVision-2020 Konferenz organisieren.
