Advancing ASGS with quality?!

Occupational health and safety are key components of modern corporate management. Despite established management systems, key performance indicators and audits, it has been shown time and again in practice that sustainable improvements are not achieved through structures alone, but through practiced responsibility, effective prevention and a strong safety culture.

On Wednesday, March 25 at the Zurich Marriott Hotel, the symposium «ASGS with quality?!» will focus on the use of management systems, prevention approaches and training concepts. The event will highlight the role that leadership, communication and employee participation play in a functioning safety and prevention culture. Expert presentations and practical reports from companies and institutions will be used to classify existing approaches and present further solutions.

The program includes contributions on management systems in accordance with ISO 45001, contractor and external company management, Vision Zero, prevention culture, training and further education, personal protective equipment (PPE) and new approaches to accident prevention. Speakers from science, safety consulting and corporate practice - including representatives from SFS, Implenia, Equans Switzerland, Suva and the ISSA - will provide insights into their experiences and approaches.

The event is aimed at specialists and stakeholders from the fields of occupational safety, health protection, prevention, HR and management. It is also aimed at consultants, insurers, authorities, supervisory bodies of the UVG/ArG and representatives of employee and employer organizations. In addition to the presentations, the conference also offers the opportunity for thematic exchange and networking in the expert panel.
