Compliance Management System: Legal is not always legitimate

A compliance management system must not only focus on setting up processes, functions and controls to comply with external and internal requirements. Rather, as a cornerstone of the system, the ethical dimension must be taken into account in terms of the social value system in order to be comprehensive and minimize potential consequences.
