Coaching as a leadership competence

Future-capable leadership must unlearn traditional management myths and form trusting leadership relationships at eye level. A guideline for 1:1 "coaching" conversations developed for the CAS "Coaching as Leadership Competence (CAS CFK)" at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts has already proven its worth in the students' everyday leadership work.
