Control 2021 is cancelled
The decision has been made: Control, the international trade fair for quality assurance planned for the beginning of May 2021, cannot take place as a presence event this year either.
Exhibitors and trade visitors are waiting to finally be able to exchange ideas in person again. But the current pandemic situation requires continued patience from all involved. "It's with a heavy heart that we've made the decision to cancel Control 2021 as a presence trade fair", announces Bettina Schall, managing director of trade fair promoter P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. "Once again, we've made this decision with all involved parties based on reason and a sense of responsibility." According to Schall, many companies from all industries had eagerly awaited Control as the most important trade event for all aspects of measuring and inspection technology, vision technology, image processing and sensor technology, and thus the most important platform for industrial quality assurance. For this reason, the cancellation is particularly regrettable.

Above all, leading trade fairs such as Control are an important source of impetus for the industry; after all, efficient quality assurance (QA) increases the competitiveness of manufacturing processes.
