Emmen's path to integrated process management

Process maps are quickly created, but are often ineffective in everyday life. The Emmen municipal administration has therefore set up process management as an integrated management system: uniformly modeled, eCH-compliant and FHGG-supported, with a focus on findability and operational benefits in day-to-day work.
