Management systems should lead to a continuous improvement of the company's performance. Depending on the standard, the focus is on product conformity, customer satisfaction (ISO 9001), the environment (ISO 14001) or occupational health and safety (ISO 45001). The corresponding improvement performance must be tracked and verified using a measurement and control concept.
