The training centre is now part of the SAQ at 100 %. In order to respond to the certification projects of companies, ARIAQ has proposed training courses to help implement management systems based on the ISO 9000 series of standards. Today, ARIAQ works more on the aspect of efficiency than on that of compliance, and the same applies to services and administration.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Quel est l'aspect le plus singulier de votre centre de formation ?<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n It is certainly a question of permanent survivorship. A private training institute can only survive through the quality of its services. In the end, we have to put into practice what we do in our training courses, which is ultimately not so bad...<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ressentez-vous une concurrence particuli\u00e8re touchant vos activit\u00e9s principales ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Our activities are largely concentrated in French-speaking Switzerland. Recently, we have been mandated by an international group to provide training in Switzerland and, in view of the European competition and the Swiss franc, this has been a great pleasure for us. In Switzerland, we are particularly aware of the local culture and the economic fabric with which we are in permanent contact. The technical and human skills of our trainers are highly appreciated. They all have more than six years of experience in the field and this is taken into account when solving problems.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Vous \u00eates pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve et \u00e0 Yverdon-les-Bains. What difference does it make?<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n Geneva is a very dynamic market that serves us well. The competition there is fierce. On the other hand, we believe that our approach to training, which is very much focused on performance, is increasingly meeting the needs of Geneva's organisations. We also think that our training centre in Yverdon-les-Bains is in an ideal central location for all the French-speaking cantons.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How has ARIAQ evolved over the last few years?<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n La taille d'ARIAQ n'a pas \u00e9volu\u00e9. Nous sommes toujours une PME. Par contre, notre offre a subi une mutation profonde. It is addressed notably to a range of companies that are leaders in their sector. While training remains a key activity, the Council has developed in a very gratifying way over the last few years. Our aim is to find a permanent balance between training and advice and, certainly, between theoretical concepts and the practice of these concepts in the workplace.
