The RICS, a globally recognized professional organization in the field of real estate and facility management, awards accreditation to the Master of Science in Real Estate & Facility Management (MSc REFM), certifying that the course has a high academic level, a strong practical orientation and close networking with the industry. The Master of Science in Real Estate & Facility Management at the ZHAW is the first program in Switzerland to be accredited by the renowned Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
