The SIKK seminars are characterized by a high proportion of consulting. The transfer of knowledge is based on many years of experience that has proven itself in crisis situations of all kinds. At the SIKK, we want to pass on experience one-to-one,\" explains SIKK Director Roland Binz, who co-initiated the Swiss Association for Crisis Communication in 2009.<\/p>\n

\"Crisis prevention and crisis communication according to thick manuals? That's largely history in the digital age. Rather, success depends on being able to overcome human misguided reflexes and change perspectives in extreme cases,\" says Roland Binz, crisis manager and SKK head. Crises can be contained through trust-building communication. Binz: \"This is a fundamental difference to crisis PR, which has little credibility.\"<\/p>\n

The SIKK training courses are aimed at executives, PR and communications professionals as well as public figures in Switzerland, Germany and Austria (politicians, celebrities, etc.). Another important target group is PR agencies, law firms or consultants who are confronted with crisis topics and publicly aired legal disputes (\"litigation PR\") in their work.<\/p>\n
