Stefan Wallner, Managing Director of T\u00dcV AUSTRIA CERT GMBH, together with auditor DI Gerhard Eichinger handed over the documents to Risk Experts Managing Directors DI Gerhart Ebner and Dr. Michael Buser. The company specialises in operational risk management; internationally experienced risk engineers prepare qualified risk analyses and assessments for companies, insurance companies and brokers.<\/p>\n

They provide expert services, coordinate claims settlements and pass on their knowledge through the Risk Experts Academy. Risk Experts has a total of over 75 employees at its locations in Vienna, Kufstein, Warsaw, Bratislava, Bucharest, Sofia and Istanbul.<\/p>\n

Leading the way <\/strong><\/p>\n

Wallner was pleased about the pioneering role Risk Experts has taken on with the certification: \"EN ISO 9001:2015 describes the requirements for an organization's quality management system in order to provide high-quality and customer-oriented products and services. Dealing with risks and opportunities is, so to speak, 'daily bread' in the company. The audit report highlights the high qualification level of the employees and the very practice-oriented quality management system.\"<\/p>\n

Ebner and Buser explained: \"We recommend integrating risk management into the quality management system in every company. With the revision of the standard, which now also requires a risk-based approach to quality management, the time was right for us to obtain certification. We see this as an important boost to the use of risk management.\"<\/p>\n

ISO 9001:2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new ISO 9001:2015 has been in force since autumn 2015. In addition to structural changes and new terminology, the strategic orientation of the organization is also increasingly taken into account. The focus is also on process orientation as well as the risk-based approach and the handling of risks and opportunities. The knowledge of the organization as well as leadership are also moving into focus. Service providers are now reflected in the new ISO 9001:2015 through new concrete formulations.<\/p>\n
