The excellence of the BMW Zurich-Dielsdorf branch is based on a long-term strategy and a clear mission statement. This framework describes what employees and managers are guided by in order to provide service for premium vehicles at the highest quality level and in a cost-efficient manner. It is not left to chance whether, when and how processes are improved.<\/p>\n

Changes are systematically managed and their success is measured. Thanks to this joint effort by managers and employees, today's tasks can be managed so efficiently that solutions for the future can be developed at the same time. The joy of this year's award winner, the BMW branch in Zurich-Dielsdorf, shows that \"the philosophy of excellence we live by works as a whole, as a team.<\/p>\n

The ESPRIX Award<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"The ESPRIX Award is a significant achievement for all employees,\" praises Managing Director Reinhard Ahlborn. \"The award is a great honor and proves that we have a high level of sales innovation. A service competence that our customers can also rely on.\"<\/p>\n

On their way to business excellence, all companies prepared a comprehensive application. Teams of 5-7 ESPRIX assessors - all of them experienced managers and experts with practical experience - put the nominated companies through their paces. Employees were interviewed by the ESPRIX assessors during an \"on-site visit\" lasting about a week, key company figures were analyzed, and the results were compared with the findings from the application documents.<\/p>\n

The assessment is based on the fundamentals of the EFQM Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and helps companies and organizations to improve sustainably and continuously.<\/p>\n
