Compared to 1,476,504 surveys in the previous year, this represents an increase of 3 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The most widely used standards - ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management - have achieved popular status with 1,033,936 and 319,324 certificates respectively.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, the ISO Survey is supplemented by ISO\/IEC 20000-1:2011, by the \"Information Technology - Service management - Part 1\" standard. This is about service management and system requirements. This standard was recommended by international accreditation and certification experts.<\/p>\n<p>In general, the current survey represents an understandable overview of the currently most important standards. \"ISO itself does not collect concrete certifications.
