Les responsables de la qualit\u00e9, en particulier, connaissent le pouvoir des mots ! Mais comment mieux communiquer ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9motions d\u00e9terminent le cours de la conversation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toute personne qui a une conversation importante devant elle pr\u00e9pare g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement son choix de mots et sa strat\u00e9gie de conversation \u00e0 l'avance, pour d\u00e9couvrir au cours de la conversation que tout se passe soudainement diff\u00e9remment. Les \u00e9motions des participants \u00e0 la conversation d\u00e9terminent le cours de la conversation 99 % du temps. \"Les \u00e9motions sont ce qui rend notre communication efficace en premier lieu\", explique Ursula Eberle, qui distingue trois cat\u00e9gories d'\u00e9motions :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les \u00e9motions primaires : La tristesse, la peur, la col\u00e8re, le bonheur, etc. Nous montrons ces \u00e9motions de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, et elles peuvent donc \u00eatre lues par l'autre personne.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9motions qui contr\u00f4lent le corps : elles sont responsables de l'\u00e9quilibre chimique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et ne peuvent \u00eatre influenc\u00e9es. Un exemple de cela serait de rougir.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9motions sociales : Compassion, jalousie, envie, gratitude, domination, m\u00e9pris, etc. Ils contr\u00f4lent les rencontres entre les gens et aussi la communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Utilisation de signaux physiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9motions sont donc le \"syst\u00e8me d'exploitation\" de la communication. D\u00e9j\u00e0 au d\u00e9but de l'histoire de l'humanit\u00e9, les signaux physiques contr\u00f4laient la communication. Dans les premiers syst\u00e8mes sociaux, il fallait savoir clairement qui \u00e9tait responsable et qui suivait. \"Si les habitants des grottes devaient toujours n\u00e9gocier pour savoir qui m\u00e8nerait la chasse ou qui obtiendrait le plus gros morceau de viande, cela n'aurait pas fonctionn\u00e9. C'est pourquoi des signaux physiques \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires pour montrer : \"Je suis dominant\" ou \"Je consens\". Il fallait que cela se fasse \u00e0 la vitesse de l'\u00e9clair, par le biais du langage corporel et du contact visuel\", explique Eberle. Ce n'est que lorsque ces signaux sont en accord avec la communication que cela m\u00e8ne au succ\u00e8s. Les participants font l'exp\u00e9rience, au cours de plusieurs exercices, que le r\u00f4le peut \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 en fonction de la situation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le r\u00f4le de la voix<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La voix d\u00e9termine aussi fortement les signaux que vous envoyez. \"Si je veux dire quelque chose de dominant, je baisse la voix \u00e0 la fin, donc je fais un arr\u00eat complet. Si je veux dire la m\u00eame chose agr\u00e9ablement, j'\u00e9l\u00e8ve la voix, je fais une virgule \u00e0 la fin\", explique Eberle. Elle cite en exemple la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre phrase des films de James Bond : \"Je m'appelle Bond, James Bond\". Toute personne qui veut communiquer de mani\u00e8re dominante prend du temps avant de r\u00e9pondre. \"Quand je suis d'accord, je dois toujours pousser pour passer. Mais si je dis : \"\u00c9coutez, vous aurez une autre r\u00e9ponse de ma part\", cela a un impact bien plus grand. En outre, le langage corporel et le contact visuel aident \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer le r\u00f4le. Quelqu'un qui regarde son homologue dans les yeux est dominant. Quelqu'un qui d\u00e9tourne le regard ne cherche pas \u00e0 provoquer. Parfois, il suffit de petits ajustements du langage corporel pour obtenir un effet diff\u00e9rent. Il est important de d\u00e9terminer dans quelle situation il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'\u00eatre dominant ou consentant. \"Quand je suis nouveau dans un groupe, il n'est pas toujours logique que je sois dominant tout de suite. Mais si je veux faire preuve d'autorit\u00e9, je dois le faire sans \u00eatre provocateur ou donner l'impression d'\u00eatre dur et inamical. La domination peut \u00eatre sympathique ou arrogante\", souligne Eberle. Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour l'acquiescement, qui peut \u00eatre sympathique ou sycophantique. Cela d\u00e9pend de la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux positions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le m\u00e9lange fait la diff\u00e9rence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le dominant doit aussi avoir le courage de faire subir quelque chose \u00e0 son homologue sans toujours se soucier de la bonne humeur. Eberle souligne que la plupart des gens sont plus souvent dans ce mode de consentement et n'en ont pas conscience. \"Dans le processus, il arrive aussi souvent que nous temp\u00e9rons le mode de dominance pour revenir \u00e0 un mode de consentement et ainsi l'effet est perdu\". L'expert en communication souligne que la communication est efficace et r\u00e9ussie lorsqu'elle parvient \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un bon m\u00e9lange entre les deux modes, et que l'on remarque quand un changement est n\u00e9cessaire.
