Par exemple, 66 % des Suisses pensent qu'ils donneraient \u00e0 leur compagnie d'assurance automobile l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles de conduite si cela signifiait que la conduite responsable serait r\u00e9compens\u00e9e financi\u00e8rement. Et 85 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es pensent qu'elles font plus confiance aux compagnies d'assurance qu'\u00e0 Google ou Facebook pour traiter ces donn\u00e9es personnelles de mani\u00e8re responsable.<\/p>\n<p>Telles sont les principales conclusions d'une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par le cabinet de conseil mondial Prophet sur le th\u00e8me \"Quelle importance accordez-vous \u00e0 la transparence de vos contrats d'assurance\", pour laquelle 250 adultes en Suisse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s en f\u00e9vrier dernier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les assureurs en difficult\u00e9 avec la num\u00e9risation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les assureurs, cependant, ont encore du mal avec la transformation num\u00e9rique. De l'avis de nombreux clients, les compagnies d'assurance n'ont jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente la num\u00e9risation du secteur de l'assurance. 73 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es se plaignent de la mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sence en ligne des assureurs. Les consommateurs pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent donc obtenir des informations sur les taux et les prix dans le secteur sur des portails de comparaison. 55 % des Suisses se plaignent \u00e9galement de ne pas avoir une vue d'ensemble suffisante de leur couverture d'assurance personnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une grande confiance dans l'assurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre les aspects techniques, il s'agit \u00e9galement d'une profonde transformation organisationnelle et culturelle de l'industrie. \"Ceux qui veulent survivre dans le futur environnement concurrentiel doivent utiliser les progr\u00e8s de la num\u00e9risation dans l'interaction avec les clients, l'int\u00e9gration des processus et l'offre de produits pour cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience client moderne et coh\u00e9rente\", c'est ainsi que Wolfgang Jacob, nouveau partenaire de Prophet, \u00e9value les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate. Jacob, qui dirigera \u00e0 l'avenir la division \"Services financiers\" de Prophet en Suisse et en Allemagne, a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment occup\u00e9 des postes de direction au Cr\u00e9dit Suisse, \u00e0 la Commerzbank et au groupe Gerling (aujourd'hui HDI).<\/p>\n<p>Les assureurs prosp\u00e8res profiteraient du fait que les gens leur font beaucoup plus confiance que Google ou Facebook en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, explique l'expert en assurance Jacob : \"Les jeunes en particulier sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 ce que leurs donn\u00e9es soient enregistr\u00e9es en permanence\". Les possibilit\u00e9s techniques et juridiques de personnaliser les tarifs sont pour la plupart l\u00e0, dit-il. \"La seule chose qui reste \u00e0 voir est de savoir quelle entreprise sera la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 mettre en r\u00e9seau les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'une mani\u00e8re vraiment intelligente et orient\u00e9e vers le client afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un avantage concurrentiel\", d\u00e9clare M.
