En outre, il fallait d\u00e9finir des param\u00e8tres et former \u00e0 la ma\u00eetrise du syst\u00e8me sur une plus longue p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\"Pour nous, l'accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la normalisation de tous les processus et documents ainsi que sur la sauvegarde du savoir-faire de nos employ\u00e9s. Nous avons investi beaucoup de temps et avons d\u00fb faire attention \u00e0 ne pas nous perdre dans les d\u00e9tails. R\u00e9trospectivement, le SMQ conforme \u00e0 la norme ISO 9001:2008 a permis d'obtenir de nombreux r\u00e9sultats : une confiance accrue, une plus grande transparence au sein des services, un cadre et un ordre d'orientation clairs, une compr\u00e9hension claire de l'organisation, des objectifs et des mesures de processus en r\u00e9seau, la preuve de la conformit\u00e9 aux exigences l\u00e9gales et, enfin, un syst\u00e8me de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 reconnu, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement applicable et intersectoriel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L'introduction du SGQ a \u00e9galement modifi\u00e9 les param\u00e8tres de changement et d'am\u00e9lioration et a mis en route un processus d'am\u00e9lioration continue (PAC).
