(Image : zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le barom\u00e8tre d'opinion sur l'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique de la HWZ et du Centre for Digital Responsibility mesure chaque ann\u00e9e la responsabilit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique des entreprises en Suisse. L'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e par la responsable du CAS Digital Ethics \u00e0 la HWZ, Cornelia Diethelm, montre une chose : le th\u00e8me de l'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique est entr\u00e9 dans la conscience des collaborateurs et des cadres et est tax\u00e9 d'important pour la r\u00e9putation de leur propre entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2>Exp\u00e9riences avec des projets \u00e9thiquement controvers\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Selon l'enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e de mi-novembre \u00e0 fin d\u00e9cembre 2021 et \u00e0 laquelle 225 personnes ont particip\u00e9, une grande majorit\u00e9 des entreprises a de l'exp\u00e9rience avec des projets controvers\u00e9s sur le plan \u00e9thique. Cela concerne surtout l'utilisation de donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es qui permettent des analyses et des \u00e9valuations de donn\u00e9es en int\u00e9grant des donn\u00e9es clients (77%). D'autres exp\u00e9riences avec des projets controvers\u00e9s incluent la datafication sur le lieu de travail (33%) et l'utilisation de nouvelles technologies (32%).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sensibilisation croissante \u00e0 l'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les entreprises ne sont pas seulement sensibilis\u00e9es \u00e0 l'utilisation responsable des donn\u00e9es. L'enqu\u00eate montre \u00e9galement que les th\u00e8mes \u00e9thiques ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans les directives et processus internes de plusieurs entreprises : Une personne sur deux indique que la gestion des donn\u00e9es (51%) ainsi que la strat\u00e9gie des donn\u00e9es (46%) contiennent des directives correspondantes. Il existe souvent une directive \u00e9thique (38%) ou elle est au moins pr\u00e9vue. D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, on constate, selon Cornelia Diethelm, responsable de l'\u00e9tude, que \"les grandes entreprises disposent de directives dans le cadre de la gestion des donn\u00e9es, de la strat\u00e9gie en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es et d'une directive sur l'\u00e9thique. Mais ind\u00e9pendamment de leur taille, de nombreuses entreprises travaillent sur des directives \u00e9thiques, ce que notre nouvelle enqu\u00eate a de nouveau confirm\u00e9. \"<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique est une affaire de chef<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il est r\u00e9jouissant de constater que l'enqu\u00eate montre que l'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique est pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l'\u00e9tage de la direction : la direction fait partie des principaux d\u00e9fenseurs internes. \"L'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique est une responsabilit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique v\u00e9cue. Pour les entreprises, c'est un investissement clairvoyant dans de bonnes relations avec les clients\", explique Ralph Hutter, Head of Product Development and Research au HWZ IDB.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux moteurs de l'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique dans les entreprises sont toutefois des personnes issues de la protection des donn\u00e9es. Les diff\u00e9rences illustrent le fait que des objectifs contradictoires sont \u00e9galement poursuivis au sein d'une entreprise. \"Une r\u00e9flexion consciente sur l'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique peut aider \u00e0 aborder les conflits d'objectifs internes de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9mique. Les pratiques commerciales doivent \u00eatre harmonis\u00e9es avec des directives \u00e9thiques qui refl\u00e8tent les valeurs de l'entreprise et qui sont \u00e9galement per\u00e7ues en cons\u00e9quence de l'ext\u00e9rieur\", souligne Cornelia Diethelm.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les clients souhaitent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L'enqu\u00eate montre que les entreprises prennent les attentes de leurs clients au s\u00e9rieux. Les entreprises peuvent se positionner comme des employeurs attrayants si elles prennent au s\u00e9rieux le th\u00e8me de l'\u00e9thique num\u00e9rique. Celles qui traitent les donn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re responsable n'investissent pas seulement dans de bonnes relations avec les clients.
