(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La crise mondiale du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 a contraint les h\u00f4pitaux \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l'utilisation d'outils et de processus tels que la RPA afin de lib\u00e9rer l'espace dont les h\u00f4pitaux ont tant besoin et de construire un secteur de la sant\u00e9 plus r\u00e9silient. Les processus essentiels au fonctionnement des \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 et aux soins m\u00e9dicaux des patients sont de plus en plus automatis\u00e9s afin de gagner en efficacit\u00e9, en pr\u00e9cision et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement important pendant la pand\u00e9mie, les h\u00f4pitaux cherchant des moyens innovants pour mieux utiliser leurs capacit\u00e9s. Le traitement des patients, de leurs donn\u00e9es et de leurs calendriers est de plus en plus automatis\u00e9 dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les bots aident \u00e0 la planification des vaccinations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les vaccins COVID, par exemple, n'ont rien perdu de leur actualit\u00e9 et pourraient revenir en force \u00e0 l'automne, il est essentiel de planifier en permanence les patients pour les rappels de vaccins afin de r\u00e9duire l'impact de la pand\u00e9mie. Cette proc\u00e9dure manuelle pr\u00e9sente toutefois des difficult\u00e9s logistiques et peut prendre beaucoup de temps. Au lieu de cela, des bots peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour automatiser la planification des rendez-vous et lib\u00e9rer du temps pour les professionnels. Le personnel dispose ainsi de plus de temps pour se concentrer sur les soins aux patients li\u00e9s au COVID.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Process Discovery : cartographie compl\u00e8te et rapide des processus<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En fin de compte, la d\u00e9couverte de processus (\u00e9galement connue sous le nom de Task Mining) et la cartographie de tous les processus dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9 aideront le personnel \u00e0 sauver des vies. La transparence accrue des processus renforce l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et la qualit\u00e9 des processus. Un temps et des co\u00fbts pr\u00e9cieux sont \u00e9conomis\u00e9s. Cela est possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte automatis\u00e9e des processus, qui reproduit en peu de temps des processus complets dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9. Les am\u00e9liorations peuvent ainsi \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre plus rapidement.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9cise des donn\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'automatisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Une plus grande transparence des processus dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9 permet d'am\u00e9liorer la collecte des donn\u00e9es - un facteur d\u00e9cisif pour la gestion d'une pand\u00e9mie et l'enregistrement des besoins individuels. La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation de l'importance des donn\u00e9es nationales. Notamment des donn\u00e9es permettant de comprendre comment le virus \u00e9volue et quelles mesures peuvent contribuer \u00e0 minimiser sa propagation. Au niveau national, il est toutefois complexe de collecter, de traiter, d'affiner et de valider des donn\u00e9es provenant d'h\u00f4pitaux individuels. Les donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre obtenues aupr\u00e8s d'h\u00f4pitaux sp\u00e9cifiques, qui ont leurs propres protocoles de collecte et de traitement des donn\u00e9es. D\u00e8s que des personnes traitent des gigaoctets de donn\u00e9es, les erreurs sont presque in\u00e9vitables. A cela s'ajoutent les param\u00e8tres de protection des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 respecter lors du traitement des donn\u00e9es et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server l'anonymat pour prot\u00e9ger la vie priv\u00e9e des patients. Il faut donc tenir compte d'un certain nombre de composantes. L'automatisation contribue \u00e0 rendre ces processus efficaces et conformes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surmonter les obstacles logistiques potentiels dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Des utilisations r\u00e9ussies de la RPA dans la pratique ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es dans des \u00e9tablissements m\u00e9dicaux du monde entier. Le minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9 br\u00e9silien, par exemple, a r\u00e9cemment utilis\u00e9 l'automatisation pour relever les d\u00e9fis logistiques de ses h\u00f4pitaux. La collecte et le traitement de donn\u00e9es pour une population de plus de 200 millions de personnes est un processus \u00e9norme.
