(Image : IWC)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La fondation Equal Salary a d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 l'horloger IWC Schaffhausen le certificat Equal Salary, un symbole d'excellence en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale, selon les termes utilis\u00e9s. Le processus de certification s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en deux phases : Dans un premier temps, IWC Schaffhausen a d\u00fb faire analyser ses salaires par des statisticiens. Le crit\u00e8re d\u00e9terminant est que l'\u00e9cart salarial entre les sexes soit inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 cinq pour cent. L'entreprise a pu remplir ce crit\u00e8re. Un audit interne a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par PwC afin de prouver la conformit\u00e9 des processus, c'est-\u00e0-dire de confirmer que l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les femmes et les hommes est r\u00e9ellement appliqu\u00e9e. Ce contr\u00f4le porte \u00e0 la fois sur l'engagement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'entreprise en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale et sur sa mise en \u0153uvre dans les processus du service des ressources humaines. La certification Equal Salary est valable trois ans, au cours desquels l'entreprise se soumet \u00e0 deux audits de surveillance.
