(Image : photos de d\u00e9p\u00f4t)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la norme ISO 20400 a eu tendance \u00e0 n'\u00eatre rapport\u00e9e que dans le contexte de la protection de l'environnement. Toutefois, lors de l'achat de biens, ce n'est pas seulement ce qui est achet\u00e9 qui compte, mais plut\u00f4t l'acheteur. La cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement rec\u00e8le un grand potentiel de risque. Afin de promouvoir la coop\u00e9ration avec les fournisseurs qui travaillent de mani\u00e8re durable selon des aspects sociaux, \u00e9cologiques, mais aussi \u00e9conomiques, le comit\u00e9 de l'ISO\/PC 277 a introduit une nouvelle norme.<\/p>\n<p>L'objectif de la norme ISO 20400 est de d\u00e9crire les principes de base de l'achat responsable et de proposer un mod\u00e8le efficace de mise en \u0153uvre. La norme ISO 20400 n'inclut pas d'exigences pour les fournisseurs, mais d\u00e9crit comment les acheteurs peuvent d\u00e9finir des crit\u00e8res de durabilit\u00e9 et les int\u00e9grer dans le processus d'achat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les principes de base <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'ISO 20400 s'appuie sur la BS 8903, une norme britannique de 2010 sur les achats durables, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois en avril 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, elle adopte les principes de base et les termes fondamentaux de la norme ISO 26000, la norme internationale pour la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale (RSE). La terminologie uniforme facilite ainsi l'int\u00e9gration de l'achat responsable dans la gestion globale de la durabilit\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 26000.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quatre sections forment le c\u0153ur de la norme ISO 20400 :<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>La section 4 pr\u00e9sente une introduction au th\u00e8me de l'achat responsable ainsi qu'un aper\u00e7u des principes de base<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>La section 5 explique comment int\u00e9grer l'achat responsable au niveau strat\u00e9gique<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>La section 6 d\u00e9crit les conditions pr\u00e9alables et les exigences organisationnelles pour la mise en \u0153uvre d'un syst\u00e8me de passation de march\u00e9s efficace. La qualification des employ\u00e9s est ici un point important.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>La section 7 d\u00e9crit les processus op\u00e9rationnels et l'int\u00e9gration des crit\u00e8res de durabilit\u00e9<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L'ISO 20400 permet aux organisations de prendre syst\u00e9matiquement en compte les crit\u00e8res de durabilit\u00e9 pertinents dans les achats. L'application coh\u00e9rente de la norme conduit \u00e0 prendre en compte les aspects suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l'obligation de prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Identifier les risques juridiques, financiers et \u00e9thiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 dans la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Surveillez les performances de vos fournisseurs en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 et proposez des incitations \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00c9tablir des relations durables et \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e avec les fournisseurs<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ISO 20400 est la premi\u00e8re norme mondiale pour l'achat durable et vise \u00e0 aider les entreprises \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des pratiques et des politiques d'achat durable. La norme d\u00e9crit comment les acheteurs peuvent d\u00e9finir des crit\u00e8res de durabilit\u00e9 et les int\u00e9grer dans le processus d'achat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2010, l'ISO avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 introduit la norme 26000 - une ligne directrice mondialement reconnue sur la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises. Cette norme a une port\u00e9e plus large et, outre les aspects li\u00e9s aux fournisseurs, elle couvre \u00e9galement les aspects organisationnels internes et les aspects li\u00e9s aux clients. Pour permettre aux entreprises suisses de mettre en \u0153uvre la norme et de concr\u00e9tiser le domaine de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale pour elles-m\u00eames, la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de Lucerne, en collaboration avec la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de Zurich ZHAW, a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une plateforme en ligne.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00f6bu distribue l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la plate-forme en ligne ISO 26000 en tant que partenaire officiel.
