L'\u00e9quipe en d\u00e9duit des recommandations pour des avantages concurrentiels durables.<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes comme formes de cr\u00e9ation de valeur<\/h3>\n

Les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes repr\u00e9sentent de nouvelles formes de cr\u00e9ation de valeur qui d\u00e9passent les fronti\u00e8res des entreprises et des industries. Ils se d\u00e9veloppent dans toutes les industries et constituent la base des entreprises les plus pr\u00e9cieuses. Entre 2015 et 2021, par exemple, 23% de toutes les start-ups consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme \"unicorn\" (c'est-\u00e0-dire d'une valeur sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 milliard $) ont orient\u00e9 leur mod\u00e8le d'entreprise de mani\u00e8re significative vers la cr\u00e9ation de valeur dans les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.
