Lors du MEX, un plastique chauff\u00e9 est transport\u00e9 \u00e0 travers une buse et d\u00e9pos\u00e9 en couches. L'\u00e9nergie apport\u00e9e au plastique par le chauffage est suffisante pour que celui-ci fusionne avec la couche sous-jacente apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9. Une fois le plastique refroidi, il en r\u00e9sulte une liaison durable. Bien que les entreprises s'int\u00e9ressent de plus en plus \u00e0 l'industrialisation de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9, le manque d'assurance qualit\u00e9 standardis\u00e9e dans la cha\u00eene de processus additifs freine l'application industrielle et la mise \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle. Cela signifie que les normes et les guides sp\u00e9cifiques aux processus ne peuvent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la fabrication additive qu'en partie \u00e0 partir d'autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication et ne sont donc pas \u00e9tablis. Il en r\u00e9sulte des normes de qualit\u00e9 non uniformes et non comparables entre les entreprises pour les mat\u00e9riaux, les processus et les composants de l'extrusion additive de mat\u00e9riaux. En outre, il n'existe pas de compr\u00e9hension uniforme des caract\u00e9ristiques de qualit\u00e9 qui ont la plus grande influence sur la qualit\u00e9 des composants et des m\u00e9thodes de contr\u00f4le appropri\u00e9es pour les mesurer.<\/p>\n<h3>Recommandations pratiques pour l'assurance qualit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Pour surmonter ces obstacles, l'Institut Fraunhofer pour la technique de production et l'automatisation IPA et la chaire de technique de production respectueuse de l'environnement de l'Universit\u00e9 de Bayreuth ont r\u00e9dig\u00e9 le guide d'utilisation \"Assurance qualit\u00e9 dans l'extrusion additive de mat\u00e9riaux\". Celui-ci rassemble des recommandations d'action essentielles pour la d\u00e9termination qualitative et quantitative de la qualit\u00e9 d'une pi\u00e8ce fabriqu\u00e9e par fabrication additive, qui peuvent \u00eatre importantes lors de la planification, de la fabrication et du contr\u00f4le dans la cha\u00eene de processus additif. En outre, les auteurs du guide d\u00e9crivent les sous-processus de la cha\u00eene de processus qui ont une influence importante sur la qualit\u00e9 et la reproductibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces. Ces sous-processus constituent la base d'un mod\u00e8le de proc\u00e9dure universel pour l'\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces, qui comprend non seulement la saisie de la qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces mais aussi le processus d'assurance qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Guide d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9prouv\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Afin de garantir la comparabilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces, les experts ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de classe de qualit\u00e9 qui permet de quantifier objectivement la qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces. Pour ce faire, ils ont utilis\u00e9 des normes et des directives de fabrication additive d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes et adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 MEX. Le c\u0153ur du mod\u00e8le de proc\u00e9dure est l'\u00e9valuation des caract\u00e9ristiques de qualit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9es et de leurs m\u00e9thodes de contr\u00f4le \u00e0 l'aide d'\u00e9prouvettes et de composants de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ad\u00e9quats, ainsi que leur \u00e9valuation quantitative et qualitative au moyen d'une matrice de qualit\u00e9. L'accent est mis sur les caract\u00e9ristiques de qualit\u00e9 que sont la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction, l'\u00e9tat de surface et le respect des formes et des dimensions. Cette approche bas\u00e9e sur les processus est une condition pr\u00e9alable, en particulier dans les domaines li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 comme l'industrie a\u00e9ronautique, la technique m\u00e9dicale ou la construction automobile, pour obtenir une certification et donc des commandes de fabrication.
