Plusieurs facteurs se conjuguent ici, comme a d\u00fb le reconna\u00eetre la fondatrice du cabinet de conseil The Boardroom. Ce ne sont pas seulement les conseils d'administration qui sont \u00e0 bl\u00e2mer, mais pas non plus seulement les femmes. La question de la culpabilit\u00e9 est de toute fa\u00e7on un sujet douloureux, car seule une collaboration synergique permet aux deux groupes de se rapprocher !<\/p>\n<h3>Les femmes du boardroom sur la voie de l'ascension - quand le comit\u00e9 devient un objectif<\/h3>\n<p>Par une journ\u00e9e pluvieuse de mai \u00e0 Zurich, une vingtaine de femmes se r\u00e9unissent pour \u00e9couter Mirjam Staub-Bisang (Blackrock Suisse), une femme d'affaires accomplie. Elle donne une conf\u00e9rence sur les investissements, les d\u00e9fis des cadres et la diversit\u00e9 dans les affaires. Toutes les auditrices ont un point commun : elles ont r\u00e9ussi professionnellement ! Qu'il s'agisse de CEO ou de directrices des ressources humaines, elles ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 trouv\u00e9 leur voie.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cela ne s'arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0, car les femmes d'affaires engag\u00e9es souhaitent obtenir une place au sein du conseil d'administration, pour plus de diversit\u00e9. Un autre point commun unit les femmes de carri\u00e8re : Elles <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theboardroom.de\">appartiennent \u00e0 The Boardroom<\/a>Le club qui veut r\u00e9volutionner la repr\u00e9sentation des femmes dans les conseils d'administration suisses.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, seuls 30 pour cent des si\u00e8ges des conseils d'administration sont occup\u00e9s par des femmes, le reste \u00e9tant occup\u00e9 par des hommes. Diana Markaki, fondatrice de The Boardroom, a obtenu son tout premier mandat \u00e0 36 ans et n'avait qu'une seule femme parmi ses coll\u00e8gues. Elle se sentait \u00e9trange, seule, la grande exception. Du point de vue de nombreuses autres femmes, ces sentiments \u00e9taient une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction. Elles ont finalement incit\u00e9 Markaki \u00e0 cr\u00e9er The Boardroom. Le bootcamp o\u00f9 les femmes (et les hommes aussi) peuvent apprendre, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.admin.ch\/kmu\/de\/home\/praktisches-wissen\/kmu-gruenden\/firmengruendung\/auswahl-rechtsform\/aktiengesellschaft\/welche-aufgaben-hat-ein-verwaltungsrat.html\">s'affirmer au sein du conseil d'administration<\/a> ou m\u00eame s'y rendre.<\/p>\n<p>Avec The Boardroom, un club exclusif, Markaki souhaite changer cela et pr\u00e9parer les femmes \u00e0 des postes de direction. L'excellent r\u00e9seau du club joue ici un r\u00f4le important et conduit, dans le cadre de diff\u00e9rents formats d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements et de formations, \u00e0 faire progresser et \u00e0 vivre la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Les bonnes personnalit\u00e9s sont plus importantes que le sexe<\/h3>\n<p>Bien que Diana Markaki pense beaucoup des femmes \u00e0 des postes de direction, le sexe n'est pas le facteur le plus important pour elle. Il faut des personnes adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque poste. Partout, on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.m-q.ch\/fr\/le-groupe-suisse-dingenierie-sattaque-ensemble-au-manque-de-personnel-qualifie\/\">d\u00e9battre de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e<\/a>Les postes sont souvent mal occup\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Plus les exp\u00e9riences des personnes sont diversifi\u00e9es, plus le comit\u00e9 en profite. Souvent, des d\u00e9cisions complexes doivent \u00eatre prises, qui peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re totalement nouvelle gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des points de vue diff\u00e9rents. The Boardroom ne s'adresse donc pas sp\u00e9cifiquement aux femmes qui font carri\u00e8re, mais aussi \u00e0 celles qui n'ont pas encore r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi plus loin que le bout de leur nez. L'objectif est de faire ressortir les points forts et de pr\u00e9parer les femmes \u00e0 s'imposer dans les conseils d'administration.
