(Source : B\u00fcrkert Fluid Control Systems)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dans les techniques m\u00e9dicales et d'analyse ainsi que dans la pharmacie ou les applications de pipetage, la s\u00e9paration des fluides par une membrane \u00e9lastom\u00e8re chimiquement r\u00e9sistante et conforme aux prescriptions est importante dans les vannes afin d'\u00e9viter une contamination du fluide m\u00eame en cas d'utilisation prolong\u00e9e. Lorsque des d\u00e9bits ou des quantit\u00e9s de rin\u00e7age plus importants doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre dos\u00e9s rapidement et avec pr\u00e9cision, les vannes sont souvent le maillon faible de la cha\u00eene. Les utilisateurs devaient jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent faire des compromis dans ce domaine, surtout en ce qui concerne la taille, mais aussi le d\u00e9bit, la temp\u00e9rature admissible ou les temps de processus.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"RBSDachzeile\"><span lang=\"DE\">La famille WhisperValve s'est \u00e9largie<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pour les raisons susmentionn\u00e9es, B\u00fcrkert Fluid Controls Systems a \u00e9largi sa gamme WhisperValve : la nouvelle vanne d'analyse type 6757 couvre d\u00e9sormais une plage de pression allant jusqu'\u00e0 16 bar et est insensible aux coups de b\u00e9lier, comme l'indique le fabricant. De plus, sa conception permet des temps de commutation inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 8 ms pour une consommation de moins de 4,5 W, ce qui la rend id\u00e9ale pour les appareils de terrain aliment\u00e9s par batterie. Les composants en contact avec le fluide sont choisis en fonction du fluide concern\u00e9. C'est pourquoi la vanne convient \u00e9galement pour les r\u00e9actifs ou les produits de nettoyage critiques et r\u00e9siste \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de fluide de 90 \u00b0C pendant 30 minutes, par exemple lors des processus de st\u00e9rilisation. Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour les membres plus petits de la famille WhisperValve, les types 6712 et 6724, qui sont con\u00e7us pour des pressions de syst\u00e8me allant jusqu'\u00e0 7 bar. Il en r\u00e9sulte un large domaine d'application, allant des appareils de mesure et d'analyse mobiles et stationnaires dans la technique m\u00e9dicale et de laboratoire aux appareils de d\u00e9sinfection, en passant par les syst\u00e8mes de nettoyage d'endoscopes ou les installations de remplissage.<\/p>\n<h3>Efficace sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et pratiquement sans apport de chaleur<\/h3>\n<p>Comme l'indique le fabricant, les variantes \u00e0 impulsions de la WhisperValve commutent pratiquement sans bruit entre les positions de commutation avec une courte impulsion de courant et les maintiennent ensuite sans courant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des aimants permanents. Il est ainsi possible de r\u00e9aliser des mesures de longue dur\u00e9e avec un flux continu de r\u00e9actifs tout en m\u00e9nageant les piles et de commuter des fluides sensibles sans apport de chaleur par la vanne. Comme l'\u00e9nergie n'est requise que bri\u00e8vement lors du processus de commutation, la consommation d'\u00e9nergie et l'apport de chaleur ne d\u00e9pendent pas de la dur\u00e9e d'enclenchement, mais uniquement de la fr\u00e9quence de commutation. Les vannes \u00e9tanches \u00e0 la contre-pression et faciles \u00e0 rincer permettent des commutations rapides avec un bruit de fonctionnement d'\u00e0 peine 20 dB(A) lors de la commutation pour le type moyen 6724, qui convient donc \u00e9galement pour une utilisation dans des zones particuli\u00e8rement sensibles au bruit au point de soins. Pour le petit type 6712, le bruit de fonctionnement est de 36 dB(A), pour le grand type 6757, il est de 45 dB(A) maximum. Les vannes 2\/2 ou 3\/2 de la famille WhisperValve ne font que 7 mm, 9 mm et 18 mm de large et peuvent \u00eatre facilement juxtapos\u00e9es ou combin\u00e9es pour former des solutions syst\u00e8me compl\u00e8tes. Le fonctionnement technique au sein de la famille de produits est identique, ce qui facilite la commande \u00e9lectrique et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les homologations. Une extension \u00e9lectronique permet de r\u00e9aliser des fonctions d'analyse, par exemple des messages de retour sur les positions de commutation, les pressions ind\u00e9sirables, les temp\u00e9ratures ou la consommation d'\u00e9nergie.
