Photo : GTM GmbH.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Les \u00e9talons de force \u00e0 distance (KTN) du fabricant GTM se distinguent par une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e de \u226450 ppm avec diff\u00e9rents dispositifs de mesure de force standard et de \u226420 ppm dans des conditions de test comparables. Dans ce contexte, les charges excentriques, les forces parasites ou les moments de flexion n'ont qu'une faible influence sur la pr\u00e9cision de mesure. Selon les indications du fabricant, les autres caract\u00e9ristiques positives sont la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme, l'encapsulation herm\u00e9tique, les nombreuses options telles que les doubles ponts de mesure ou les circuits de mesure des moments de flexion Mx, My, ainsi que les nombreux accessoires m\u00e9caniques conformes \u00e0 la norme ISO 376. Les \u00e9talons de force \u00e0 distance sont donc particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 une utilisation comme capteurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ou capteurs ma\u00eetres : Dans ces applications, ils sont utilis\u00e9s directement dans les dispositifs de contr\u00f4le ou d'\u00e9talonnage.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Capteurs de force de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence s\u00e9rie KTN-D<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La norme ISO 376 est la norme internationale reconnue en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9talonnage des capteurs de force, la classe 00 \u00e9tant la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Avec sa classe de pr\u00e9cision VN, GTM a d\u00e9fini une norme qui peut d\u00e9passer de loin la classe 00. Les capteurs de force de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de la s\u00e9rie KTN-D correspondent \u00e0 la classe de pr\u00e9cision VN de GTM (plage de mesure de 40 % \u00e0 100 %) et \u00e0 la classe de pr\u00e9cision 00 de la norme ISO 376 (plage de mesure de 10 % \u00e0 100 %). GTM offre ainsi la plus haute pr\u00e9cision disponible sur le march\u00e9 pour la comparaison des instituts nationaux de m\u00e9trologie entre eux ou pour la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des laboratoires d'\u00e9talonnage accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s. D'autres utilisateurs typiques sont les entreprises qui proposent l'\u00e9talonnage de capteurs de force en tant que service ou qui utilisent un grand nombre de capteurs de force qui doivent \u00eatre \u00e9talonn\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Les mod\u00e8les de la s\u00e9rie KTN-D couvrent une plage de forces nominales de 10 kN \u00e0 5 MN.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Capteurs de force de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence s\u00e9rie KTN-Z\/D<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les \u00e9talons de transfert de force de la s\u00e9rie KTN-Z\/D sont con\u00e7us pour mesurer les forces de traction et de compression avec une pr\u00e9cision maximale selon la norme ISO 376 classe 00. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme capteurs de force de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ou capteurs ma\u00eetres avec une plage de force nominale de 5 N \u00e0 1 MN dans les machines d'\u00e9talonnage. GTM fabrique les \u00e9talons de transfert de force de cette s\u00e9rie conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 376 classe 00 et classe 0,5 (plage de mesure de 10 % \u00e0 100 %).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Capteurs de force s\u00e9rie KTN-LF<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour les grandes forces nominales de 1 MN \u00e0 30 MN, tout en conservant un faible poids, GTM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les capteurs de force de la s\u00e9rie KTN-LF - ils sont disponibles selon la norme ISO 376 classe 0,5 (plage de mesure 20 % \u00e0 100 %). Les meilleurs \u00e9talons de force de leur cat\u00e9gorie pour les forces de compression statiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont extr\u00eamement robustes et fiables, et particuli\u00e8rement tol\u00e9rants aux surcharges.
