Cela permet aux entreprises de d\u00e9montrer et de communiquer qu'elles offrent un salaire \u00e9gal et des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9gales pour un travail de valeur \u00e9gale \u00e0 travers toutes les ethnies et\/ou ind\u00e9pendamment du sexe.
