Bien que le GDPR soit une l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne, il a des implications mondiales. \u00c0 partir du 25 mai 2018, toutes les entreprises qui travaillent avec des clients et des consommateurs europ\u00e9ens ou qui stockent leurs donn\u00e9es seront soumises \u00e0 cette r\u00e9glementation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es redonne aux citoyens de l'UE le contr\u00f4le de leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles, m\u00eame si elles sont stock\u00e9es et g\u00e9r\u00e9es dans des syst\u00e8mes priv\u00e9s tiers. Le r\u00e8glement donne aux individus le droit de voir quelles donn\u00e9es les concernant sont stock\u00e9es et qui peut y acc\u00e9der.<\/p>\n<p>Ils peuvent corriger leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles et d\u00e9cider si et comment ces donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es ailleurs ou m\u00eame les supprimer d\u00e9finitivement. En cas de violation du r\u00e8glement, l'entreprise s'expose \u00e0 des sanctions s\u00e9v\u00e8res.
