En effet, pour obtenir une valeur ajout\u00e9e continue et une optimisation efficace et sans faille des processus, il faut investir dans des innovations techniques. C'est ce qu'ont r\u00e9cemment soulign\u00e9 plus de 400 cadres interrog\u00e9s dans le cadre d'une \u00e9tude de Workday et IDC : il manque des syst\u00e8mes commerciaux int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et pilot\u00e9s par les donn\u00e9es pour la gestion de projets - y compris la gestion des ressources et des finances. L'utilisation de syst\u00e8mes cloud de la part du secteur des services cr\u00e9e l'agilit\u00e9 si n\u00e9cessaire de ses propres processus internes et li\u00e9s aux clients. Cela leur permet de r\u00e9agir \u00e0 court et \u00e0 long terme \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des conditions du march\u00e9 et de restructurer leur mod\u00e8le commercial de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9siliente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. adapter rapidement l'intelligence artificielle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selon les cadres interrog\u00e9s, il y a un \u00e9norme besoin d'am\u00e9lioration dans le reporting financier, la gestion des d\u00e9penses et l'aper\u00e7u des donn\u00e9es disponibles. Pour pouvoir utiliser de mani\u00e8re id\u00e9ale les Big Data sous leur forme actuelle pour des recommandations commerciales, le soutien des syst\u00e8mes d'IA est un facteur \u00e0 ne pas sous-estimer. Cela permet de perfectionner l'exp\u00e9rience client, de d\u00e9tecter rapidement les anomalies et de mettre en place des automatisations. Cette optimisation des propres ressources et processus a une influence directe sur le retour sur investissement et la r\u00e9silience du propre mod\u00e8le commercial des entreprises fournissant des services.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La num\u00e9risation est indispensable pour le secteur des services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le seuil de tol\u00e9rance des clients vis-\u00e0-vis d'une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience client est de plus en plus bas. Les prestataires de services ne peuvent plus se permettre d'\u00eatre en retard dans la transformation num\u00e9rique de leur entreprise.
