(www.tecladies.ch)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le programme de mentorat de Swiss TecLadies offre aux jeunes femmes de 14 \u00e0 19 ans la possibilit\u00e9 d'explorer les sciences et la technologie en les accompagnant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>100 places disponibles pour s'immerger dans le monde de la science et de la technologie\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les inscriptions pour l'\u00e9dition 2024\/2025 sont ouvertes du 19 f\u00e9vrier au 1er avril 2024. Afin de faire conna\u00eetre cette opportunit\u00e9 unique, Swiss TecLadies lance une campagne de communication nationale pour inviter les jeunes femmes de tout le pays \u00e0 s'inscrire.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pendant sept mois, les participantes ont la possibilit\u00e9 d'\u00eatre encadr\u00e9es individuellement par des mentors exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et d'avoir un aper\u00e7u de la vie professionnelle. Les nombreuses activit\u00e9s du programme permettent de se familiariser avec la diversit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers techniques tout en d\u00e9veloppant de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et en renfor\u00e7ant sa personnalit\u00e9. Le programme de mentorat offre \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de rejoindre une communaut\u00e9 de femmes motiv\u00e9es et inspirantes de tous \u00e2ges, actives dans les domaines scientifiques et techniques, et de cr\u00e9er des liens avec d'autres jeunes femmes ayant les m\u00eames int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des partenaires engag\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Le programme sera lanc\u00e9 le 28 septembre 2024 lors de la conf\u00e9rence #wetechtogether \u00e0 Zurich et s'ach\u00e8vera le 5 avril 2025 au Centre sportif national de Tenero (TI). Au cours de ces sept mois, des visites d'entreprises et d'instituts de recherche sont pr\u00e9vues, dont le CSEM (12.11.2024), Google (27.11.2024), le CERN (31.01.2025), l'EPFL (8.03.2025), le CSCS, la SUPSI, l'USI et l'Ideatorio. Des modules de renforcement de la personnalit\u00e9 ainsi que des ateliers en mode projet (avec Intrinsic \u00e0 Zurich les 1-2.11.2024 et 10-11.01.2025) compl\u00e8tent l'offre. Les jeunes femmes peuvent \u00e9galement participer \u00e0 tous les TecDays. Les TecDays sont des manifestations organis\u00e9es dans les \u00e9coles du niveau secondaire II et consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la technique.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le programme est soutenu financi\u00e8rement par les Acad\u00e9mies suisses des sciences et la Fondation Werner Siemens.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Un programme de soutien qui a de l'impact<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Depuis 2018, plus de 250 jeunes femmes en ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 : Le programme de mentoring soutient et contribue au changement des mentalit\u00e9s.
