(Image : Depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fond\u00e9 en 1976, le Groupe CGI est, selon ses propres dires, l'un des plus grands fournisseurs ind\u00e9pendants de services en TI et en processus d'affaires au monde. Avec 91 000 conseillers et experts dans le monde entier, CGI offre un large portefeuille de services - du conseil strat\u00e9gique en TI et en affaires aux solutions de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle, en passant par l'int\u00e9gration de syst\u00e8mes, les services de TI g\u00e9r\u00e9s et les services de processus d'affaires. L'entreprise constate que l'externalisation des services informatiques a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers les formes de coop\u00e9ration les plus diverses de services g\u00e9r\u00e9s, dont on ne peut plus se passer dans le paysage informatique moderne. Pourtant, des mythes tenaces continuent de circuler sur les pr\u00e9tendus dangers et risques qui y seraient li\u00e9s. Selon CGI, ces mythes ne r\u00e9sistent toutefois pas \u00e0 un examen critique :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9pendances latentes<\/strong>Depuis les premiers concepts d'externalisation, le terme \"Vendor-Lock-in\" donne des sueurs froides aux responsables informatiques. Il d\u00e9crit la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard d'un prestataire de services externe, dont il est impossible de s'\u00e9chapper, ou seulement \u00e0 grands frais. Mais aussi vieux que ce terme, il est \u00e9galement d\u00e9pass\u00e9. Dans les contrats de services g\u00e9r\u00e9s modernes, les sc\u00e9narios de sortie sont clairement d\u00e9finis, par exemple en ce qui concerne la portabilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es. De plus, ils sont con\u00e7us de mani\u00e8re suffisamment flexible pour que les adaptations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des profils de t\u00e2ches puissent \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre rapidement et conjointement. Les mod\u00e8les hybrides avec une r\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches clairement d\u00e9finie entre l'informatique interne et le fournisseur de services g\u00e9r\u00e9s (MSP), dans lesquels les composants informatiques critiques restent dans l'entreprise, sont \u00e9galement un moyen \u00e9prouv\u00e9 de lutter contre les d\u00e9pendances.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perte de contr\u00f4le et de ma\u00eetrise<\/strong>Dans le pass\u00e9, les probl\u00e8mes survenaient souvent lorsque les fonctions de contr\u00f4le \u00e9taient externalis\u00e9es ou n'\u00e9taient pas adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la nouvelle r\u00e9partition des r\u00f4les. Une r\u00e9partition planifi\u00e9e des t\u00e2ches, dans laquelle les domaines informatiques critiques ainsi que le pilotage et la coordination des fournisseurs restent au sein de l'entreprise, permet de couper court \u00e0 la crainte de perdre la capacit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le et de pilotage de ses propres processus. Ici aussi, la nature du contrat est d\u00e9terminante. Les Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fix\u00e9s dans les contrats d\u00e9finissent en d\u00e9tail le type et l'\u00e9tendue des prestations informatiques, des m\u00e9canismes d'escalade clairement r\u00e9glement\u00e9s d\u00e9crivent le traitement des \u00e9carts. Des rapports r\u00e9guliers et une consultation permanente des processus assurent en outre la transparence n\u00e9cessaire. Les entreprises gardent ainsi toujours les r\u00eanes en main et profitent en m\u00eame temps de la force d'innovation et des avantages d'\u00e9chelle des prestataires de services externes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perte de savoir-faire interne<\/strong>La crainte la moins fond\u00e9e est probablement celle d'une fuite de l'expertise informatique interne. En fait, c'est le contraire qui se produit, et ce pour toute une s\u00e9rie de raisons. Les MSP ne remplacent pas le d\u00e9partement informatique, ils en sont le prolongement. En revanche, ils apportent une expertise externe qui, lorsqu'elle est correctement mise en place, ne remplace pas le savoir-faire interne de l'entreprise, mais le compl\u00e8te par des connaissances d'experts et des bonnes pratiques. Cela garantit un \u00e9change fructueux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des revues r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, des ateliers et des canaux de communication transparents, \u00e9largit le spectre des connaissances du service informatique et le d\u00e9charge en outre de nombreuses t\u00e2ches op\u00e9rationnelles. Les ressources ainsi lib\u00e9r\u00e9es permettent aux services informatiques de se concentrer sur leurs comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s, sur les initiatives d'innovation et sur la planification informatique strat\u00e9gique de l'entreprise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Perte de flexibilit\u00e9 et d'agilit\u00e9<\/strong>L'\u00e9poque o\u00f9 les contrats rigides et standardis\u00e9s \u00e9taient source de frustration est r\u00e9volue depuis longtemps. Les mod\u00e8les SLA modernes sont au contraire con\u00e7us d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part pour une grande capacit\u00e9 d'adaptation. Il est ainsi possible de r\u00e9agir rapidement \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des conditions ou de mettre en \u0153uvre rapidement de nouvelles id\u00e9es. De plus, les initiatives d'innovation proviennent souvent des MSP eux-m\u00eames. Leur qualit\u00e9 r\u00e9sulte notamment du fait qu'ils sont toujours \u00e0 la pointe du d\u00e9veloppement technologique - ils doivent donc eux-m\u00eames \u00eatre orient\u00e9s vers la flexibilit\u00e9 et l'agilit\u00e9. Ils recherchent et investissent constamment dans de nouvelles technologies, qu'il s'agisse de cloud computing, d'intelligence artificielle ou d'outils d'automatisation. Les entreprises avec lesquelles elles collaborent en profitent bien s\u00fbr aussi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>Plus la coop\u00e9ration entre les entreprises et les prestataires de services externes est \u00e9troite, plus l'aspect de la confidentialit\u00e9 et des m\u00e9canismes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est important pour la protection des donn\u00e9es et des informations sensibles. Le scepticisme \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des MSP fait souvent oublier que la protection des donn\u00e9es est dans leur int\u00e9r\u00eat le plus profond. Ils investissent au moins autant que les entreprises elles-m\u00eames dans des infrastructures et des \u00e9quipes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de pointe. De nombreux MSP ont m\u00eame fait de ce domaine de comp\u00e9tence un mod\u00e8le commercial \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re et proposent des solutions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures r\u00e9pondant aux normes de conformit\u00e9 les plus strictes (ISO 27001 ou RGPD, jusqu'aux solutions de protection du secret). Les donn\u00e9es sensibles sont donc tr\u00e8s souvent mieux prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par un fournisseur sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 que par une solution interne.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\"Les mythes qui entourent les fournisseurs de services g\u00e9r\u00e9s sont l'expression d'une compr\u00e9hension d\u00e9pass\u00e9e des services informatiques\", explique Ralf Bauer, pr\u00e9sident de CGI Allemagne. \"Les services g\u00e9r\u00e9s modernes sont plut\u00f4t bas\u00e9s sur le principe de la collaboration d'\u00e9gal \u00e0 \u00e9gal. Le prestataire de services agit comme un partenaire strat\u00e9gique de confiance qui apporte son expertise sans exercer de pression ni prendre le contr\u00f4le.
