Issu du japonais, le terme Gemba signifie \"le vrai lieu\" - l'endroit o\u00f9 la valeur est cr\u00e9\u00e9e. Dans une usine, c'est l'atelier de production ; dans un h\u00f4pital, le service de soins ; dans une entreprise de services, c'est l'espace o\u00f9 le collaborateur interagit avec le client. C'est l\u00e0 que tout se joue, et c'est donc l\u00e0 qu'il faut aller observer pour comprendre r\u00e9ellement les processus et leurs enjeux.<\/p>\n<h3>La marche Gemba : plus qu'une simple visite<\/h3>\n<p>La marche Gemba n'est pas un audit ni un contr\u00f4le.
