Toutefois, des enqu\u00eates telles que l'indice suisse de l'emploi et l'indice de confiance PageGroup permettent d'envisager le march\u00e9 du travail suisse avec optimisme :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Le nombre d'emplois annonc\u00e9s a augment\u00e9 de +25,3 % par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (d\u00e9cembre 2016 - d\u00e9cembre 2017) : Selon le Michael Page Swiss Job Index (d\u00e9cembre 2017), c'est la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive que les emplois annonc\u00e9s affichent une croissance positive \u00e0 deux chiffres.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Les candidats n'ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi optimistes : selon l'indice de confiance PageGroup (T4 2017), la confiance des demandeurs d'emploi a atteint un pic au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2017 et est rest\u00e9e \u00e0 ce niveau au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2017. 53 % des candidats sont convaincus qu'ils am\u00e9lioreront leur situation professionnelle globale dans les 6 \u00e0 12 prochains mois.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Les emplois int\u00e9rimaires et temporaires ont augment\u00e9 de 15,3 % en glissement annuel (d\u00e9cembre 2016 - d\u00e9cembre 2017).J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bouin, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de PageGroup Suisse, a d'autres bonnes nouvelles \u00e0 ajouter : \"De nombreux emplois int\u00e9rimaires deviennent des postes \u00e0 temps plein.\"<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>La demande de sp\u00e9cialistes d\u00e9passe l'offre : c'est particuli\u00e8rement vrai dans les secteurs de l'informatique, de la pharmacie et de l'ing\u00e9nierie. \"Nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce que cette tendance se poursuive en 2018 - d'autant plus que la num\u00e9risation dans le secteur industriel est en hausse\", d\u00e9clare J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bouin, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de PageGroup Suisse.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Les entreprises investissent dans les emplois de vente : plus l'investissement dans les ventes est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus les entrepreneurs sont confiants dans l'augmentation de la demande et les gains qui en d\u00e9coulent.
