La plateforme en ligne Factory5 permet \u00e0 ses partenaires et utilisateurs de se mettre en r\u00e9seau et de communiquer directement entre eux. Cependant, il comprend divers proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, comme le Micro5, une fraiseuse miniaturis\u00e9e \u00e0 cinq axes qui assure une excellente qualit\u00e9 tout en consommant cinquante fois moins d'\u00e9nergie que les \u00e9quipements conventionnels en raison de sa taille.<\/p>\n

La Fondation suisse pour le climat a cofinanc\u00e9 la \"s\u00e9rie z\u00e9ro\" et a ainsi contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une importante phase de d\u00e9veloppement. Factory5 vise \u00e0 rendre les processus de fabrication plus r\u00e9actifs, plus efficaces et plus centralis\u00e9s. Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la cha\u00eene de valeur globale en fournissant toutes les comp\u00e9tences industrielles (fabrication, mesure, conception, maintenance, etc.) et les logiciels de gestion n\u00e9cessaires (MRP, CRM, etc.) et l'utilisation de machines intelligentes.<\/p>\n

Cela permet d'optimiser la production, d'accro\u00eetre l'efficacit\u00e9 et de promouvoir la coop\u00e9ration entre les entreprises. La plate-forme en ligne Factory5 r\u00e9unit et coordonne les diff\u00e9rents processus de production. Ce concept devrait bient\u00f4t permettre de cr\u00e9er des usines compl\u00e8tes et, comme le souhaitent les concepteurs, de rendre la Suisse \"plus verte, plus intelligente et plus connect\u00e9e\".<\/p>\n
