Quelle est aujourd'hui la comp\u00e9tence la plus importante pour les dirigeants ?<\/strong><br \/>\nL'empathie est une qualit\u00e9 essentielle. Il ne s'agit pas d'une qualit\u00e9 \u00abmolle\u00bb, mais centrale pour cr\u00e9er de la stabilit\u00e9 dans un monde incertain. Diriger aujourd'hui, c'est ramener le calme dans le syst\u00e8me, donner une orientation et permettre aux gens de s'impliquer. Les entreprises qui existent depuis longtemps parviennent \u00e0 trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre stabilit\u00e9 et disruption - elles se renouvellent sans perdre leur identit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous parlez de stabilit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'empathie. Comment cela se r\u00e9percute-t-il sur la qualit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 ?<\/strong><br \/>\nLa qualit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 commencent par l'homme. La Suisse est un bon exemple \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard - avec quatre langues, diff\u00e9rentes cultures et un niveau de r\u00e9flexion \u00e9lev\u00e9. La diversit\u00e9 n'est pas une tendance, mais un facteur de r\u00e9ussite : des \u00e9tudes montrent que les entreprises compos\u00e9es de personnes diverses obtiennent jusqu'\u00e0 19% de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment cela s'inscrit-il dans l'\u00e9conomie circulaire dont on parle beaucoup actuellement ?<\/strong><br \/>\nC'est tr\u00e8s bien. La pens\u00e9e circulaire est un \u00e9tat d'esprit, pas un projet. Elle implique de faire circuler les ressources, les connaissances et les relations, c'est-\u00e0-dire de penser \u00e0 long terme. C'est exactement ce que de nombreuses entreprises familiales suisses ont prouv\u00e9 depuis des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Elles investissent dans la qualit\u00e9, la confiance et la coop\u00e9ration, et pas seulement dans la croissance. C'est cela, la gestion durable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous vous engagez pour des conditions cadres \u00e9quitables en mati\u00e8re de succession d'entreprise. Pourquoi ?<\/strong><br \/>\nParce que la succession est l'opportunit\u00e9 de croissance silencieuse de l'\u00e9conomie suisse. La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration investit des centaines de millions dans les start-up, mais rien dans les successions. Pourtant, elles garantissent des emplois, du savoir-faire et des structures r\u00e9gionales. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2020 l'association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re pour les successions d'entreprises (CHDU) afin d'attirer l'attention sur le probl\u00e8me et les possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que conseillez-vous aux entrepreneurs et \u00e0 nos membres qui veulent pr\u00e9parer l'avenir ?<\/strong><br \/>\nAvoir du courage. Commencer \u00e0 faire quelque chose. On ne conna\u00eet pas toujours le chemin, mais l'immobilisme n'est pas une option. La qualit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessitent de l'action, pas seulement des documents strat\u00e9giques.
