Le Fraunhofer LBF pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 la Hannover Messe | Hydrogen + Fuel Cells Europe, hall 11, stand E20, des solutions qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis.<\/p>\n<h3>Une approche de bout en bout pour une meilleure fiabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Le Fraunhofer LBF mise sur une approche globale : des m\u00e9thodes de test et des simulations permettent de reproduire en laboratoire des contraintes combin\u00e9es proches de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. La fiabilit\u00e9, la dur\u00e9e de vie et les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9gradation peuvent ainsi \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce - avant m\u00eame la construction de syst\u00e8mes complets.<\/p>\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment, des syst\u00e8mes de surveillance des r\u00e9servoirs d'hydrog\u00e8ne sont utilis\u00e9s pour permettre un fonctionnement s\u00fbr et efficace en utilisation stationnaire et mobile. Des mod\u00e8les de m\u00e9canique des structures et des jumeaux num\u00e9riques permettent de visualiser les contraintes locales et les m\u00e9canismes d'endommagement. Les fabricants et les utilisateurs obtiennent ainsi des connaissances fond\u00e9es sur la robustesse et la rentabilit\u00e9 de leurs syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<h3>Pleins feux sur les syst\u00e8mes de piles \u00e0 combustible<\/h3>\n<p>C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans le domaine des applications mobiles, comme les v\u00e9hicules utilitaires, que les syst\u00e8mes de piles \u00e0 combustible posent des exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en termes de fiabilit\u00e9 et de stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme. Le Fraunhofer LBF d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 cet effet des m\u00e9thodes de test et de simulation innovantes qui permettent de saisir syst\u00e9matiquement l'interaction des contraintes m\u00e9caniques, thermiques et \u00e9lectrochimiques.<\/p>\n<p>Des environnements de test sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us permettent des analyses d\u00e9taill\u00e9es de cellules individuelles, de piles et de syst\u00e8mes complets. Le diagnostic exp\u00e9rimental et la simulation aident \u00e0 identifier les modes de d\u00e9faillance critiques et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des proc\u00e9dures de test acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es - une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive pour un d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8me efficace et cibl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Les rev\u00eatements barri\u00e8res augmentent la r\u00e9sistance<\/h3>\n<p>Outre la surveillance de l'\u00e9tat, l'adaptation cibl\u00e9e de mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9prouv\u00e9s par des rev\u00eatements barri\u00e8res permet d'augmenter significativement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'hydrog\u00e8ne. Le Fraunhofer LBF d\u00e9veloppe des m\u00e9thodes d'\u00e9valuation de l'effet barri\u00e8re dans des conditions proches de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, combinant une atmosph\u00e8re d'hydrog\u00e8ne et des contraintes m\u00e9caniques cycliques. L'objectif est de r\u00e9duire la perm\u00e9ation de l'hydrog\u00e8ne et d'augmenter durablement la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants.<\/p>\n<h3>Valeur ajout\u00e9e pour l'industrie<\/h3>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son approche globale, le Fraunhofer LBF soutient les entreprises tout au long de la cha\u00eene de cr\u00e9ation de valeur - du d\u00e9veloppement des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration des syst\u00e8mes. Les m\u00e9thodes d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent le d\u00e9veloppement des produits, permettent une \u00e9valuation fond\u00e9e de la fiabilit\u00e9 et de la dur\u00e9e de vie et optimisent les mat\u00e9riaux, les composants et la conception des syst\u00e8mes.
