(Image : d\u00e9compression)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class=\"news-text-wrap\">\n<p>La gestion de la sant\u00e9 au travail (OHM) est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de la culture d'entreprise pour de nombreuses entreprises. Apr\u00e8s tout, le bien-\u00eatre et la sant\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s sont la base d'un travail quotidien efficace. Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse encourage ainsi l'ancrage d'une gestion syst\u00e9matique de la sant\u00e9 dans les entreprises et r\u00e9compense un engagement exemplaire avec le label de qualit\u00e9 Friendly Work Space.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Au cours des 12 derniers mois, 8 nouvelles entreprises ont obtenu le label Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse. 17 autres ont pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s l'exigeante r\u00e9\u00e9valuation. Afin de r\u00e9pondre sp\u00e9cifiquement aux besoins des jeunes employ\u00e9s, Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse \u00e9largit encore son offre de Friendly Work Space Apprentice.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news-text-wrap\">\n<p><strong>Augmentation du nombre de salari\u00e9s dans les entreprises d'excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix de cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Berne, Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse a d\u00e9cern\u00e9 le label Friendly Work Space \u00e0 8 nouvelles entreprises : le D\u00e9partement de la sant\u00e9 du canton de B\u00e2le-Ville, la Hirslanden Klinik Stephanshorn, l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique, l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et de la sant\u00e9 v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, Swisscom, Bouygues E&amp;S InTec AG, Altersheime Baar et le Groupe Aduno.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus d'attribution a de nouveau \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien par 17 entreprises, dont Swica, qui a re\u00e7u le label Friendly Work Space depuis 2009, la coop\u00e9rative Migros Zurich et divers offices f\u00e9d\u00e9raux.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie qu'au total, 251 000 employ\u00e9s dans toute la Suisse (+10 % par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de conditions de travail favorables \u00e0 la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les jeunes salari\u00e9s particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9s par les restrictions sanitaires<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'indice de stress au travail, qui est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e9tabli par Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse, enregistre la relation entre le stress et les ressources au travail chez les employ\u00e9s dans toute la Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>\"L'indice de stress au travail 2018 a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'environ 27 % de la population active en Suisse sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un mauvais \u00e9quilibre entre le stress et les ressources au travail\", note le professeur Dr Thomas Mattig, directeur de Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse. \"Cela entra\u00eene entre autres des pertes de productivit\u00e9. Il serait donc dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat de chaque entreprise d'effectuer une analyse de la situation de stress\", commente M. Mattig.<\/p>\n<p>Les pertes de productivit\u00e9 li\u00e9es au stress sont les plus importantes chez les 16-24 ans. Dans cette tranche d'\u00e2ge, ils repr\u00e9sentent un total de 21 % de temps de travail (5,5 % pour cause d'absent\u00e9isme et 15,6 % pour cause de pr\u00e9sent\u00e9isme). De nombreux jeunes travailleurs ont donc une relation d\u00e9favorable entre le stress et les ressources au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de renforcer la sant\u00e9 mentale des jeunes employ\u00e9s sur le lieu de travail, Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse d\u00e9veloppe le programme Friendly Work Space Apprentice. Avec un site web sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u (www.fws-apprentice.ch) et des cours de formation continue, le programme s'adresse aux agents de formation professionnelle et aux sp\u00e9cialistes de la gestion de la sant\u00e9 au travail. \u00c0 l'avenir, d'autres mesures au niveau num\u00e9rique s'adresseront directement aux jeunes employ\u00e9s et favoriseront les \u00e9changes entre
