C'est ce que montre une nouvelle \u00e9tude sur l'organisation des TI dans les entreprises. (Image : Gerd Altmann \/ pixelio.de)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Les technologies de l'information \u00e9voluent rapidement : la num\u00e9risation, la robotique, l'intelligence artificielle et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 et rapidit\u00e9 ont un impact sur le r\u00f4le des technologies de l'information dans les entreprises. On demande aux TI d'\u00e9voluer d'un fournisseur de services clairement structur\u00e9 et ax\u00e9 sur la rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 un moteur int\u00e9gral de la transformation num\u00e9rique. Ainsi, 96 % des d\u00e9cideurs interrog\u00e9s conviennent que l'importance des TI au sein de l'organisation globale va fortement augmenter au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es. Cependant, dans 77 % des entreprises, l'informatique est actuellement per\u00e7ue comme une fonction purement technique. Pour changer cela, les d\u00e9partements informatiques doivent continuer \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper avec des sp\u00e9cialistes afin de r\u00e9pondre avec souplesse aux exigences des d\u00e9partements commerciaux. Actuellement, seuls 10 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es pensent que les technologies de l'information sont capables de le faire. Et seulement 6 % d\u00e9clarent que les TI d\u00e9veloppent de mani\u00e8re proactive des innovations pour les d\u00e9partements commerciaux. C'est \u00e9galement le tableau que brosse le Barom\u00e8tre des ressources Horv\u00e1th pour la Suisse. Au lieu de pourvoir des postes de d\u00e9veloppeurs innovants, d'autres fonctions de soutien sont actuellement mises au concours. Les TI ne sont donc souvent pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme adaptatives, c'est-\u00e0-dire diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es et adaptables \u00e0 la situation, et donc pas per\u00e7ues comme une organisation de services orient\u00e9e vers le client\", explique Ingo Rasch, expert en conseil informatique chez Horv\u00e1th &amp; Partners en Suisse. Une vision adaptative des variables d'influence organisationnelles et technologiques est n\u00e9cessaire pour cr\u00e9er une informatique tourn\u00e9e vers l'avenir. Les organisations informatiques doivent conna\u00eetre les interrelations et les processus de leur entreprise et d\u00e9velopper des solutions informatiques innovantes pour elles, favoriser l'automatisation des processus commerciaux et se positionner fondamentalement de mani\u00e8re plus agile. Si une TI r\u00e9pond \u00e0 ces exigences, elle peut r\u00e9pondre aux demandes croissantes concernant son r\u00f4le dans l'entreprise \u00e0 l'avenir et, d'autre part, assurer une stabilit\u00e9 rentable.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l'\u00e9tude intersectorielle \"Adaptive IT - The IT Organization in Transition\", Horv\u00e1th &amp; Partners a interrog\u00e9 en ligne, entre avril et mai 2018, environ 190 d\u00e9cideurs d'entreprise en Allemagne, en Autriche et en Suisse.
