(Image : d\u00e9compression)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Des milliers d'employ\u00e9s du Credit Suisse ont re\u00e7u des donn\u00e9es non sollicit\u00e9es de la part de leurs coll\u00e8gues. Au lieu de consulter leur propre gestion de la dur\u00e9e ou des co\u00fbts des appels, ils ont pu consulter et enregistrer des informations sur les employ\u00e9s sur leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable : Qui \u00e9tait au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone avec qui, combien de temps ces appels ont dur\u00e9, et certainement ce que ces appels ont co\u00fbt\u00e9. CS n'a pas non plus voulu commenter l'incident. Un porte-parole de la grande banque a fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 Swisscom.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette d\u00e9b\u00e2cle, Swisscom est une fois de plus sous un mauvais jour. La fuite massive de donn\u00e9es aurait commenc\u00e9 par leur interm\u00e9diaire, comme l'a admis vendredi une porte-parole de la compagnie de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone semi-publique lorsqu'on lui a demand\u00e9 : \"Aujourd'hui, environ 3500 employ\u00e9s du Credit Suisse Group ont re\u00e7u un e-mail avec un relev\u00e9 de connexion (incluant une ventilation des co\u00fbts) pour les services Swisscom Mobile\", selon le communiqu\u00e9 officiel. Malheureusement, une erreur manuelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 commise par un employ\u00e9 de Swisscom, selon la d\u00e9claration non officielle.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la porte-parole de Swisscom, les cons\u00e9quences sont graves : \"Nous avons imm\u00e9diatement envoy\u00e9 un courriel aux personnes concern\u00e9es pour les informer des documents incorrects et leur pr\u00e9senter des excuses formelles\", a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Swisscom compenserait d\u00e9sormais l'envoi des documents corrects \"mardi prochain, 15 janvier 2019\".<\/p>\n<p>Quelle erreur individuelle l'employ\u00e9e de Swisscom a commise, la femme de m\u00e9dias du g\u00e9ant des t\u00e9l\u00e9coms n'a pas voulu le r\u00e9v\u00e9ler. Y a-t-il vraiment un probl\u00e8me humain derri\u00e8re tout cela ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus qu'un risque de r\u00e9putation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon le portail \"Inside Paradeplatz\", il s'agit d'un incident de donn\u00e9es de la classe extra. Cela pourrait m\u00eame amener les autorit\u00e9s sur les lieux. Toutes les directives en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es, auxquelles Swisscom devrait se conformer, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 viol\u00e9es par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications. Aujourd'hui, certains banquiers savent ce que leurs coll\u00e8gues ont fait avec leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. On peut supposer que parmi les 3 500 employ\u00e9s de CS concern\u00e9s se trouvent \u00e9galement de nombreux cadres sup\u00e9rieurs. \"Inside Paradeplatz\" nomme des managers de renom comme par exemple <a href=\"https:\/\/insideparadeplatz.ch\/2015\/11\/12\/neuer-cs-schweiz-chef-geht-mit-b-team-an-start\/\">Serge Fehr<\/a>Iqbal Khan, responsable de la banque priv\u00e9e, et Iqbal Khan, qui, bien que n'\u00e9tant pas un employ\u00e9 suisse, est responsable de la gestion de patrimoine international.<\/p>\n<p>La question corrig\u00e9e est en fait : comment Swisscom, qui ces derniers mois a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tagesanzeiger.ch\/wirtschaft\/unternehmen-und-konjunktur\/swisscom-verschaerft-sicherheitsmassnahmen\/story\/27504931\">Fuites de donn\u00e9es<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tagesanzeiger.ch\/wirtschaft\/unternehmen-und-konjunktur\/swisscom-verschaerft-sicherheitsmassnahmen\/story\/27504931\">(voir Tages Anzeiger)<\/a> contre de telles m\u00e9saventures ? Apr\u00e8s tout, les grandes entreprises devront toujours compter avec les cyberattaques.  En tout cas, les causes de la fuite n'ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisamment document\u00e9es.
