(Image du symbole : Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Alors que les Millennials, les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations n\u00e9es entre les ann\u00e9es 1980 et la fin des ann\u00e9es 1990, prennent le contr\u00f4le des entreprises, les attentes des dirigeants changent. Les mill\u00e9naires, par exemple, exigent de leurs patrons une proximit\u00e9, des valeurs fortes et une pens\u00e9e visionnaire - et demandent un encadrement et des encouragements personnels. Selon l'\u00e9tude, le foss\u00e9 entre les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations est plus grand que la diff\u00e9rence entre les sexes : \"Les femmes et les hommes de la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ont presque les m\u00eames exigences en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9s de leadership de leurs sup\u00e9rieurs et de diversit\u00e9 dans leurs entreprises\", d\u00e9clare Simone Stebler, consultante et responsable de la pratique Diversit\u00e9 et inclusion chez Egon Zehnder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les r\u00e9sultats les plus importants de l'\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diversit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un lieu de travail diversifi\u00e9 est d'une importance capitale pour les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations : les Millennials (65 %) et les membres de la \"G\u00e9n\u00e9ration X\", n\u00e9s entre 1965 et 1980 environ (61 %), ont cit\u00e9 la diversit\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement importante. Chez les baby-boomers, ce chiffre \u00e9tait de 51 %. 62 % des Millennials ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'un environnement de travail diversifi\u00e9 \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s important pour le succ\u00e8s de leur organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont d'accord avec l'affirmation selon laquelle l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances existe dans leur entreprise. Cependant, seulement 57 % des femmes de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X sont d'accord, mais 63 % des femmes du mill\u00e9naire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>les attentes en mati\u00e8re de leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interrog\u00e9s sur le trait le plus important des dirigeants, les moins de 35 ans ont le plus souvent cit\u00e9 la \"facilit\u00e9 d'approche\". Cette pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e9tait encore plus marqu\u00e9e chez les jeunes hommes : 55 % des hommes du mill\u00e9naire \u00e9taient d'accord avec cette affirmation, mais seulement 32 % des hommes du baby-boom.<\/li>\n<li>Les baby-boomers appr\u00e9cient la r\u00e9silience des dirigeants - 35 % d'entre eux ont cit\u00e9 cette caract\u00e9ristique comme importante, mais seulement 21 % des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Les mill\u00e9naires \u00e9taient \u00e9galement plus nombreux \u00e0 convenir que leurs dirigeants incarnent les qualit\u00e9s qu'ils souhaitent (38 %). En revanche, seuls 22 % des baby-boomers et 26 % des membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X sont d'accord.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une majorit\u00e9 \u00e9crasante de tous les r\u00e9pondants (86 %) ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir rencontr\u00e9 des r\u00e9sistances tout au long de leur parcours professionnel. Toutefois, un tiers des baby-boomers ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ne pas avoir rencontr\u00e9 d'obstacles dans leur \u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Interrog\u00e9s sur les facteurs limitant leur d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, plus de deux fois plus de Millennials (35 %) que de Baby Boomers (17 %) ont cit\u00e9 le manque de mentors et de parrains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Les aspirations professionnelles des femmes et des hommes ont presque converg\u00e9 : 27 % des femmes et 31 % des hommes ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 vouloir atteindre le niveau de gestion strat\u00e9gique de leur organisation. Pour les femmes, cependant, le chemin vers le sommet est incomparablement plus difficile : Dem <em>Egon Zehnder Global Board Diversity Tracker<\/em> En 2018, les femmes ne repr\u00e9sentent que 3,7 % des PDG et 12,2 % des directeurs financiers dans le monde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Motivation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (86 %) sont plus susceptibles de convenir que leur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e est bon. En comparaison, 80 % des membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X et 78 % des baby-boomers.<\/li>\n<li>Les hommes et les femmes ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses presque identiques \u00e0 la question sur leurs priorit\u00e9s personnelles et professionnelles.
