(Image du symbole : d\u00e9-\u00e9clater)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'objectif de l'enqu\u00eate sur les RH \u00e9tait de fournir un inventaire actualis\u00e9 de l'utilisation et de l'application des solutions analytiques et logicielles en mati\u00e8re de RH dans la r\u00e9gion fa\u00eeti\u00e8re, qui est \u00e0 la tra\u00eene par rapport aux autres march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens. L'enqu\u00eate analyse les objectifs et les d\u00e9fis des entreprises dans le contexte de la num\u00e9risation jusqu'\u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, l'\u00e9tude cartographie l'utilisation actuelle de l'analyse des ressources humaines dans la pratique des entreprises. \u00c0 cette fin, 133 cadres sup\u00e9rieurs et d\u00e9cideurs en mati\u00e8re de RH dans des entreprises, principalement de la r\u00e9gion DACH, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s dans le cadre de l'\u00e9tude. Des entretiens approfondis avec des d\u00e9cideurs en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines de cinq grandes entreprises s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es compl\u00e8tent l'\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Principales conclusions :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les solutions informatiques adapt\u00e9es aux ressources humaines sont encore rares dans le domaine de la gestion des talents.<\/li>\n<li>La majorit\u00e9 des entreprises interrog\u00e9es se sont fix\u00e9 pour objectif d'accro\u00eetre l'efficacit\u00e9 de leur propre administration des RH d'ici 2025. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l'optimisation des processus est un sujet important qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un impact sur de nombreuses fonctions des RH. Dans ce contexte, la num\u00e9risation est clairement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un levier.<\/li>\n<li>Parmi les solutions logicielles, le logiciel d'apprentissage est actuellement le plus populaire : une entreprise sur deux souhaite l'utiliser pour renforcer la formation interne de l'entreprise. Il est suivi par des fonctions de reporting et des applications en libre-service.<\/li>\n<li>La majorit\u00e9 des entreprises interrog\u00e9es estiment que l'analyse des RH a un grand potentiel pour l'avenir : dans deux tiers des entreprises, les outils d'analyse des RH joueront un r\u00f4le important en tant qu'instrument de gestion des RH d'ici 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comme la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9tude de 2018, l'enqu\u00eate actuelle montre \u00e9galement que seule une minorit\u00e9 d'entreprises utilisent des solutions informatiques sp\u00e9ciales pour le travail des RH dans la gestion des talents. Une entreprise sur quatre admet n'utiliser aucune solution informatique pour sa propre gestion des talents. Quatre entreprises sur dix g\u00e8rent leurs propres talents \u00e0 l'aide de logiciels standard tels qu'Excel.<\/p>\n<p>Une bonne entreprise sur quatre utilise une installation en interne d'un syst\u00e8me de gestion des ressources humaines ou une solution sur site. Seule une entreprise sur cinq utilise le Software as a Service (SaaS). Cela soul\u00e8ve la question de savoir comment des sp\u00e9cialistes hautement qualifi\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre efficacement pris en charge, retenus et promus sans une solution informatique suffisante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9fis pour le d\u00e9veloppement du personnel et les parcours de carri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre ces aspects technologiques, les d\u00e9cideurs interrog\u00e9s citent \u00e9galement des d\u00e9fis directement li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement des ressources humaines. Pour environ un tiers des entreprises, c'est un d\u00e9fi de soutenir leur propre personnel dans la transformation num\u00e9rique. Le d\u00e9veloppement des employ\u00e9s est \u00e9galement une question centrale pour 29 % d'entre eux. 23 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es consid\u00e8rent qu'il est important d'introduire les changements culturels n\u00e9cessaires au cours de la transformation num\u00e9rique. En outre, une toute nouvelle mentalit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre ancr\u00e9e dans les organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Grotherr, Area VP DACH &amp; East Europe chez Cornerstone OnDemand, commente les r\u00e9sultats : \"L'\u00e9tude montre que la transformation num\u00e9rique n'a pas encore p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 de nombreux d\u00e9partements des RH. En m\u00eame temps, l'analyse des ressources humaines est une composante \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire de l'exp\u00e9rience des talents de l'avenir. Mais si les conditions num\u00e9riques de base font d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9faut, l'analyse strat\u00e9gique des donn\u00e9es ne pourra pas non plus \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre. Les technologies num\u00e9riques ne sont pas une couverture que l'on peut tirer au fur et \u00e0 mesure des besoins, juste l\u00e0 o\u00f9 et quand le d\u00e9partement des ressources humaines frissonne.
