(Image Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Que signifie le leadership ? \"De votre point de vue, quels sont les plus grands d\u00e9fis pour les dirigeants dans la crise actuelle ? C'est ce que l'Institut pour la culture du leadership \u00e0 l'\u00e8re num\u00e9rique (IFIDZ), de Francfort, a voulu savoir dans son actuel barom\u00e8tre des tendances du leadership. L'enqu\u00eate en ligne a montr\u00e9 que pendant la crise, les managers sont surtout demand\u00e9s en tant que d\u00e9cideurs, ainsi que comme dirigeants et contr\u00f4leurs de leur secteur ; ils sont \u00e9galement demand\u00e9s en tant que personnalit\u00e9s qui offrent \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s une orientation et un soutien pendant la crise.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des 217 participants \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate ont cit\u00e9 \"D\u00e9finir les priorit\u00e9s : prendre rapidement les bonnes d\u00e9cisions en cas de crise\" comme un d\u00e9fi majeur (58 % ; r\u00e9ponses multiples possibles). Ils sont \u00e0 peine moins nombreux \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer \"Agir de mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9e et cibl\u00e9e dans un \"environnement instable\"\" (54%) comme un d\u00e9fi majeur, suivi de pr\u00e8s par le d\u00e9fi consistant \u00e0 \"Faire preuve de calme et de confiance en tant que personne responsable malgr\u00e9 la crise\" (50%).<\/p>\n<p>Selon Barbara Liebermeister, directrice de l'IFIDZ, ces r\u00e9sultats ne sont pas surprenants, car : \"Lorsqu'une crise comme celle de Corona rend obsol\u00e8tes toutes les strat\u00e9gies et tous les plans des entreprises, la premi\u00e8re t\u00e2che de la direction est de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la nouvelle situation et de fixer de nouvelles priorit\u00e9s - \"ce qui est une t\u00e2che tr\u00e8s difficile dans une situation o\u00f9 de nombreux march\u00e9s s'effondrent\", car Ce n'est qu'alors qu'une gestion efficace des crises est possible. En m\u00eame temps, c'est la condition pr\u00e9alable pour qu'un dirigeant puisse rayonner le calme et la confiance \"Nous pouvons le faire\" malgr\u00e9 la crise et donner aux employ\u00e9s l'orientation souhait\u00e9e et le soutien n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 cela, tous les autres d\u00e9fis sont d'importance secondaire ou, comme les t\u00e2ches de \"gestion des \u00e9quipes \u00e0 distance\" ou de \"conduite efficace des r\u00e9unions en ligne\", ils r\u00e9sultent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des mesures prises pour surmonter la crise, comme par exemple le fait que davantage d'employ\u00e9s travaillent dans les bureaux \u00e0 domicile. Selon Patrick Merke, membre de la direction de l'Institut IFIDZ, cela est compr\u00e9hensible dans une situation o\u00f9 le monde semble s'effondrer, mais il est d'autant plus important de red\u00e9finir les objectifs lorsqu'on dirige si n\u00e9cessaire et de fixer les bonnes priorit\u00e9s dans le travail et la gestion au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Barbara Liebermeister, les r\u00e9sultats de l'actuel barom\u00e8tre des tendances indiquent \u00e9galement \u00e0 quel point certaines discussions de gestion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9loign\u00e9es de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es - par exemple, la discussion sur la mesure dans laquelle le leadership sera encore n\u00e9cessaire dans les entreprises \u00e0 l'avenir.
