Le bon r\u00e9sultat nous donne raison : la qualit\u00e9 n'est pas seulement un syst\u00e8me, mais aussi une culture\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9cision volontaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le FHS St.Gallen a volontairement \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 par l'EFQM. \u00c0 cette fin, un rapport d'auto-\u00e9valuation de 82 pages a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en interne et examin\u00e9 par deux \u00e9valuateurs ind\u00e9pendants lors d'une \u00e9valuation externe fin avril. Pendant trois jours, les \u00e9valuateurs ont men\u00e9 17 entretiens avec diff\u00e9rents groupes d'employ\u00e9s, d'\u00e9tudiants et d'anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Les crit\u00e8res d'\u00e9valuation \u00e9taient le leadership, la strat\u00e9gie, les employ\u00e9s, les partenariats ainsi que les processus, produits et services du FHS et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus avec les clients, les employ\u00e9s et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le mod\u00e8le EFQM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le EFQM pour l'excellence en affaires fournit une vue holistique des pratiques d'une organisation. Sur la base de l'auto-\u00e9valuation et de l'\u00e9valuation externe, le niveau de maturit\u00e9 d'une entreprise ou d'une organisation peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 d'autres. Le degr\u00e9 de satisfaction des diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res EFQM est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 par les \u00e9valuateurs sur la base de la brochure de candidature et des entretiens sur place.
